MOV : ആ നാഴികയിൽ ശിഷ്യന്മാർ യേശുവിന്റെ അടുക്കെ വന്നു. സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും വലിയവൻ ആർ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
KJV : At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
YLT : At that hour came the disciples near to Jesus, saying, `Who, now, is greater in the reign of the heavens?`
RV : In that hour came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
RSV : At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"

ERVEN : About that time the followers came to Jesus and asked, "Who is the greatest in God's kingdom?"

MOV : അവൻ ഒരു ശിശുവിനെ അടുക്കെ വിളിച്ചു അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ നിറുത്തി;
KJV : And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
YLT : And Jesus having called near a child, did set him in the midst of them,
RV : And he called to him a little child, and set him in the midst of them,
RSV : And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them,

ERVEN : Jesus called a little child to come to him. He stood the child in front of the followers.

MOV : “നിങ്ങൾ തിരിഞ്ഞു ശിശുക്കളെപ്പോലെ ആയ്‍വരുന്നില്ല എങ്കിൽ സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യത്തിൽ കടക്കയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.
KJV : And said, {SCJ}Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. {SCJ.}
YLT : and said, `Verily I say to you, if ye may not be turned and become as the children, ye may not enter into the reign of the heavens;
RV : and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye turn, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.
RSV : and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
ASV : and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye turn, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.
ESV : and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
ERVEN : Then he said, "The truth is, you must change your thinking and become like little children. If you don't do this, you will never enter God's kingdom.

MOV : ആകയാൽ ഈ ശിശുവിനെപ്പോലെ തന്നെത്താൻ താഴ്ത്തുന്നവൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും വലിയവൻ ആകുന്നു.
KJV : {SCJ}Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. {SCJ.}
YLT : whoever then may humble himself as this child, he is the greater in the reign of the heavens.

MOV : ഇങ്ങിനെയുള്ള ശിശുവിനെ എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ കൈകൊള്ളുന്നവൻ എന്നെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.

MOV : എന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന ഈ ചെറിയവരിൽ ഒരുത്തന്നു ആരെങ്കിലും ഇടർച്ച വരുത്തിയാലോ അവന്റെ കഴുത്തിൽ വലിയോരു തിരിക്കല്ലു കെട്ടി അവനെ സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ ആഴത്തിൽ താഴ്ത്തിക്കളയുന്നതു അവന്നു നന്നു.
KJV : {SCJ}But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea. {SCJ.}
YLT : and whoever may cause to stumble one of those little ones who are believing in me, it is better for him that a weighty millstone may be hanged upon his neck, and he may be sunk in the depth of the sea.
RV : But whoso shall cause one of these little ones which believe on me to stumble, it is profitable for him that a great millstone should be hanged about his neck, and {cf15i that} he should be sunk in the depth of the sea.

ERVEN : "If one of these little children believes in me, and someone causes that child to sin, it will be very bad for that person. It would be better for them to have a millstone tied around their neck and be drowned in the deep sea.

MOV : ഇടർച്ച ഹേതുവായി ലോകത്തിന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം; ഇടർച്ച വരുന്നതു ആവശ്യം തന്നേ; എങ്കിലും ഇടർച്ച വരുത്തുന്ന മനുഷ്യന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം.
KJV : {SCJ}Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! {SCJ.}
YLT : `Wo to the world from the stumbling-blocks! for there is a necessity for the stumbling-blocks to come, but wo to that man through whom the stumbling-block doth come!
RV : Woe unto the world because of occasions of stumbling! for it must needs be that the occasions come; but woe to that man through whom the occasion cometh!
RSV : "Woe to the world for temptations to sin! For it is necessary that temptations come, but woe to the man by whom the temptation comes!

ERVEN : I feel sorry for the people in the world because of the things that make people sin. These things must happen, but it will be very bad for anyone who causes them to happen.

MOV : നിന്റെ കയ്യോ കാലോ നിനക്കു ഇടർച്ച ആയാൽ അതിനെ വെട്ടി എറിഞ്ഞുകളക; രണ്ടു കയ്യും രണ്ടു കാലും ഉള്ളവനായി നിത്യാഗ്നിയിൽ വീഴുന്നതിനെക്കാൾ അംഗഹീനനായിട്ടോ മുടന്തനായിട്ടോ ജീവനിൽ കടക്കുന്നതു നിനക്കു നന്നു.
KJV : {SCJ}Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast [them] from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. {SCJ.}
YLT : `And if thy hand or thy foot doth cause thee to stumble, cut them off and cast from thee; it is good for thee to enter into the life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast to the fire the age-during.

ERVEN : "If your hand or your foot makes you sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose part of your body and have eternal life than to have two hands and two feet and be thrown into the fire that burns forever.

MOV : നിന്റെ കണ്ണു നിനക്കു ഇടർച്ച ആയാൽ അതിനെ ചൂന്നെടുത്തു എറിഞ്ഞുകളക; രണ്ടു കണ്ണുള്ളവനായി അഗ്നിനരകത്തിൽ വീഴുന്നതിനെക്കാൾ ഒറ്റക്കണ്ണനായി ജീവനിൽ കടക്കുന്നതു നിനക്കു നന്നു.
KJV : {SCJ}And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast [it] from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire. {SCJ.}
YLT : `And if thine eye doth cause thee to stumble, pluck it out and cast from thee; it is good for thee one-eyed to enter into the life, rather than having two eyes to be cast to the gehenna of the fire.

KJV : {SCJ}For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. {SCJ.}
YLT : for the Son of Man did come to save the lost.

MOV : നിങ്ങൾക്കു എന്തു തോന്നുന്നു? ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്നു നൂറു ആടു ഉണ്ടു എന്നിരിക്കട്ടെ; അവയിൽ ഒന്നു തെറ്റി ഉഴന്നുപോയാൽ തൊണ്ണൂറ്റൊമ്പതിനെയും വിട്ടേച്ചു തെറ്റിപ്പോയതിനെ മലകളിൽ ചെന്നു തിരയുന്നില്ലയോ?
KJV : {SCJ}How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray? {SCJ.}
YLT : `What think ye? if a man may have an hundred sheep, and there may go astray one of them, doth he not -- having left the ninety-nine, having gone on the mountains -- seek that which is gone astray?
RV : How think ye? if any man have a hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and go unto the mountains, and seek that which goeth astray?
RSV : What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray?

ERVEN : "If a man has 100 sheep, but one of the sheep is lost, what will he do? He will leave the other 99 sheep on the hill and go look for the lost sheep. Right?

MOV : അതിനെ കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ തെറ്റിപ്പോകാത്ത തൊണ്ണൂറ്റമ്പതിലും അധികം അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു സന്തോഷിക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.
KJV : {SCJ}And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that [sheep,] than of the ninety and nine which went not astray. {SCJ.}

KJV : {SCJ}Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. {SCJ.}
YLT : `And if thy brother may sin against thee, go and show him his fault between thee and him alone, if he may hear thee, thou didst gain thy brother;
RV : And if thy brother sin against thee, go, shew him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

ERVEN : "If your brother or sister in God's family does something wrong, go and tell them what they did wrong. Do this when you are alone with them. If they listen to you, then you have helped them to be your brother or sister again.

MOV : കേൾക്കാഞ്ഞാലോ രണ്ടു മൂന്നു സാക്ഷികളുടെ വായാൽ സകല കാര്യവും ഉറപ്പാകേണ്ടതിന്നു ഒന്നു രണ്ടു പേരെ കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു ചെല്ലുക.
KJV : {SCJ}But if he will not hear [thee, then] take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. {SCJ.}
YLT : and if he may not hear, take with thee yet one or two, that by the mouth of two witnesses or three every word may stand.

MOV : അവരെ കൂട്ടാക്കാഞ്ഞാൽ സഭയോടു അറിയിക്ക; സഭയെയും കൂട്ടാക്കാഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ നിനക്കു പുറജാതിക്കാരനും ചുങ്കക്കാരനും എന്നപോലെ ഇരിക്കട്ടെ.
KJV : {SCJ}And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell [it] unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. {SCJ.}
YLT : `And if he may not hear them, say [it] to the assembly, and if also the assembly he may not hear, let him be to thee as the heathen man and the tax-gatherer.
RV : And if he refuse to hear them, tell it unto the church: and if he refuse to hear the church also, let him be unto thee as the Gentile and the publican.
RSV : If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

MOV : നിങ്ങൾ ഭൂമിയിൽ കെട്ടുന്നതെല്ലാം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലും കെട്ടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കും; നിങ്ങൾ ഭൂമിയിൽ അഴിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലും അഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.
KJV : {SCJ}Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. {SCJ.}
YLT : `Verily I say to you, Whatever things ye may bind upon the earth shall be having been bound in the heavens, and whatever things ye may loose on the earth shall be having been loosed in the heavens.
RV : Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

MOV : ഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു നിങ്ങളിൽ രണ്ടുപേർ യാചിക്കുന്ന ഏതു കാര്യത്തിലും ഐകമത്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ അതു സ്വർഗ്ഗസ്ഥനായ എന്റെ പിതാവിങ്കൽ നിന്നു അവർക്കു ലഭിക്കും;
KJV : {SCJ}Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. {SCJ.}
YLT : `Again, I say to you, that, if two of you may agree on the earth concerning anything, whatever they may ask -- it shall be done to them from my Father who is in the heavens,
RV : Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
RSV : Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

MOV : രണ്ടോ മൂന്നോ പേർ എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ കൂടിവരുന്നേടത്തൊക്കയും ഞാൻ അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ ഉണ്ടു എന്നും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.”
KJV : {SCJ}For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. {SCJ.}

MOV : അപ്പോൾ പത്രൊസ് അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു: കർത്താവേ, സഹോദരൻ എത്രവട്ടം എന്നോടു പിഴെച്ചാൽ ഞാൻ ക്ഷമിക്കേണം?
KJV : Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
YLT : Then Peter having come near to him, said, `Sir, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him -- till seven times?`
RV : Then came Peter, and said to him, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? until seven times?
