MOV : “മനുഷ്യർ കാണേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ നീതിയെ അവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽ ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പാൻ സൂക്ഷിപ്പിൻ; അല്ലാഞ്ഞാൽ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ പക്കൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു പ്രതിഫലമില്ല.

KJV : {SCJ}Therefore when thou doest [thine] alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. {SCJ.}

When they are in the synagogues and on the streets, they blow trumpets before they give so that people will see them. They want everyone to praise them. The truth is, that's all the reward they will get.

MOV : നീയോ ഭിക്ഷകൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ നിന്റെ ഭിക്ഷ രഹസ്യത്തിലായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വലങ്കൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതു എന്തു എന്നു ഇടങ്കൈ അറിയരുതു.

MOV : രഹസ്യത്തിൽ കാണുന്ന നിന്റെ പിതാവു നിനക്കു പ്രതിഫലം തരും.

KJV : {SCJ}But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great [is] that darkness! {SCJ.}
YLT : but if thine eye may be evil, all thy body shall be dark; if, therefore, the light that [is] in thee is darkness -- the darkness, how great!
