MOV : അതിന്റെനേരെ കൊത്തളം പണിതു വാടകോരി പാളയം അടിച്ചു ചുറ്റും യന്ത്രമുട്ടികളെ വെക്കുക.
KJV : And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set [battering] rams against it round about.
YLT : and hast placed against it a siege, and builded against it a fortification, and poured out against it a mount, and placed against it camps, yea, set thou against it battering-rams round about.

ERVEN : And then pretend you are an army surrounding the city. Build a dirt wall around the city to help you attack it. Build a dirt road leading up to the city wall. Bring battering rams and set up army camps around the city.

MOV : പിന്നെ ഒരു ഇരുമ്പുചട്ടി എടുത്തു നിനക്കും നഗരത്തിന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ ഇരിമ്പുമതിലായി വെക്കുക; നിന്റെ മുഖം അതിന്റെനേരെ വെച്ചു, അതു നിരോധത്തിൽ ആകേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിനെ നിരോധിക്ക; ഇതു യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്നു ഒരടയാളം ആയിരിക്കട്ടെ;
KJV : Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This [shall be] a sign to the house of Israel.
YLT : And thou, take to thee an iron pan, and thou hast made it a wall of iron between thee and the city; and thou hast prepared thy face against it, and it hath been in a siege, yea, thou hast laid siege against it. A sign it [is] to the house of Israel.

RSV : And take an iron plate, and place it as an iron wall between you and the city; and set your face toward it, and let it be in a state of siege, and press the siege against it. This is a sign for the house of Israel.
ASV : And take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face toward it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.
ESV : And you, take an iron griddle, and place it as an iron wall between you and the city; and set your face toward it, and let it be in a state of siege, and press the siege against it. This is a sign for the house of Israel.
ERVEN : And then take an iron pan and put it between you and the city. It will be like an iron wall separating you and the city. In this way you will show that you are against it. You will surround the city and attack it. This is an example for the family of Israel to show that I will destroy Jerusalem.

MOV : പിന്നെ നീ ഇടത്തുവശം ചരിഞ്ഞുകിടന്നു യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ അകൃത്യം അതിന്മേൽ ചുമത്തുക; നീ ആ വശം കിടക്കുന്ന ദിവസങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണത്തോളം അവരുടെ അകൃത്യം വഹിക്കേണം.
KJV : Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.
YLT : `And thou, lie on thy left side, and thou hast placed the iniquity of the house of Israel on it; the number of the days that thou liest on it, thou bearest their iniquity.
RV : Moreover lie thou upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: {cf15i according to} the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it, thou shalt bear their iniquity.
RSV : "Then lie upon your left side, and I will lay the punishment of the house of Israel upon you; for the number of the days that you lie upon it, you shall bear their punishment.
ASV : Moreover lie thou upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it; according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it, thou shalt bear their iniquity.
ESV : "Then lie on your left side, and place the punishment of the house of Israel upon it. For the number of the days that you lie on it, you shall bear their punishment.
ERVEN : "Then you must lie down on your left side. You must do the thing that shows that you are taking the sins of the people of Israel on yourself. You will carry the guilt for as many days as you lie on your left side.

MOV : ഞാൻ അവരുടെ അകൃത്യത്തിന്റെ സംവത്സരങ്ങളെ നിനക്കു ദിവസങ്ങളായി എണ്ണും; അങ്ങനെ മുന്നൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറു ദിവസം നീ യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ അകൃത്യം വഹിക്കേണം.
KJV : For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
YLT : And I -- I have laid on thee the years of their iniquity, the number of days, three hundred and ninety days; and thou hast borne the iniquity of the house of Israel.
RV : For I have appointed the years of their iniquity to be unto thee a number of days, even three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
RSV : For I assign to you a number of days, three hundred and ninety days, equal to the number of the years of their punishment; so long shall you bear the punishment of the house of Israel.
ASV : For I have appointed the years of their iniquity to be unto thee a number of days, even three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
ESV : For I assign to you a number of days, 390 days, equal to the number of the years of their punishment. So long shall you bear the punishment of the house of Israel.
ERVEN : You must bear the guilt of Israel for 390 days. In this way I am telling you how long Israel will be punished; one day equals one year.

MOV : ഇതു തികെച്ചിട്ടു നീ വലത്തുവശം ചരിഞ്ഞു കിടന്നു യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ അകൃത്യം നാല്പതു ദിവസം വഹിക്കേണം; ഒരു സംവത്സരത്തിന്നു ഒരു ദിവസംവീതം ഞാൻ നിനക്കു നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
KJV : And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.
YLT : And thou hast completed these, and hast lain on thy right side, a second time, and hast borne the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days -- a day for a year -- a day for a year I have appointed to thee.
RV : And again, when thou hast accomplished these, thou shalt lie on thy right side, and shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah: forty days, each day for a year, have I appointed it unto thee.
RSV : And when you have completed these, you shall lie down a second time, but on your right side, and bear the punishment of the house of Judah; forty days I assign you, a day for each year.

ERVEN : "After that time, you will lie on your right side for 40 days. This time you will bear the guilt of Judah for 40 days. One day equals one year. I am telling you {how long Judah must be punished}."

KJV : Therefore thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and thine arm [shall be] uncovered, and thou shalt prophesy against it.
YLT : `And unto the siege of Jerusalem thou dost prepare thy face, and thine arm [is] uncovered, and thou hast prophesied concerning it.
RV : And thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, with thine arm uncovered; and thou shalt prophesy against it.
RSV : And you shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem, with your arm bared; and you shall prophesy against the city.

ERVEN : "Now, roll up your sleeve and raise your arm over the brick. Act like you are attacking the city of Jerusalem. Do this to show that you are speaking as my messenger to the people.

MOV : നിന്റെ നിരോധകാലം തികയുവോളം നീ ഒരു വശത്തുനിന്നു മറുവശത്തേക്കു തിരിയാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ ഇതാ, കയറുകൊണ്ടു നിന്നെ കെട്ടുന്നു.
KJV : And, behold, I will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy siege.
YLT : And lo, I have put on thee thick bands, and thou dost not turn from side to side till thy completing the days of thy siege.
RV : And, behold, I lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast accomplished the days of thy siege.
RSV : And, behold, I will put cords upon you, so that you cannot turn from one side to the other, till you have completed the days of your siege.
ASV : And, behold, I lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to the other, till thou hast accomplished the days of thy siege.
ESV : And behold, I will place cords upon you, so that you cannot turn from one side to the other, till you have completed the days of your siege.
ERVEN : Now look, I am tying ropes on you. You will not be able to roll over from one side to another until your attack against the city is finished."

MOV : നീ കോതമ്പും യവവും അമരയും ചെറുപയറും തിനയും ചോളവും എടുത്തു ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ ഇട്ടു അവകൊണ്ടു അപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കുക; നീ വശംചരിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുന്ന ദിവസങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിന്നൊത്തവണ്ണം മുന്നൂറ്റിതൊണ്ണൂറു ദിവസം അതു തിന്നേണം.
KJV : Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
YLT : `And thou, take to thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and spelt, and thou hast put them in one vessel, and made them to thee for bread; the number of the days that thou art lying on thy side -- three hundred and ninety days -- thou dost eat it.

ESV : "And you, take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and emmer, and put them into a single vessel and make your bread from them. During the number of days that you lie on your side, 390 days, you shall eat it.
ERVEN : "You must get some grain to make bread. Get some wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt. Mix all these things together in one bowl and grind them to make flour. You will use this flour to make bread. You will eat only this bread during the 390 days that you lie on your side.

MOV : നീ ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ആഹാരം ഒരു ദിവസത്തേക്കു ഇരുപതു ശേക്കെൽ തൂക്കമായിരിക്കേണം; നേരത്തോടു നേരം നീ അതുകൊണ്ടു ഉപജീവിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണം.
KJV : And thy meat which thou shalt eat [shall be] by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
YLT : And thy food that thou dost eat [is] by weight, twenty shekels daily; from time to time thou dost eat it.
RV : And thy meat which thou shalt eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
RSV : And the food which you eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day; once a day you shall eat it.
ASV : And thy food which thou shalt eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
ESV : And your food that you eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day; from day to day you shall eat it.
ERVEN : You will be allowed to use only 1 cup of that flour each day to make bread. You will eat that bread from time to time throughout the day.

MOV : വെള്ളവും അളവുപ്രകാരം ഹീനിൽ ആറിൽ ഒരു ഓഹരി നീ കുടിക്കേണം; നേരത്തോടുനേരം നീ അതു കുടിക്കേണം.
KJV : Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink.
YLT : `And water by measure thou dost drink, a sixth part of the hin; from time to time thou dost drink [it].

ERVEN : You can drink only 3 cups of water each day. You can drink it from time to time throughout the day.

MOV : നീ അതു യവദോശപോലെ തിന്നേണം; അവർ കാൺകെ നീ മാനുഷമലമായ കാഷ്ഠം കാത്തിച്ചു അതു ചുടേണം.
KJV : And thou shalt eat it [as] barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.
YLT : A barley-cake thou dost eat it, and it with dung -- the filth of man -- thou dost bake before their eyes.
RV : And thou shalt eat it as barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it in their sight with dung that cometh out of man.
RSV : And you shall eat it as a barley cake, baking it in their sight on human dung."

ERVEN : You must make your bread each day. You must get dry human dung and burn it. Then you must cook the bread over this burning dung. You must eat this bread in front of the people."

MOV : ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നേ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ, ഞാൻ അവരെ നീക്കിക്കളയുന്ന ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ ആഹാരം മലിനമായി ഭക്ഷിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
KJV : And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I will drive them.
YLT : And Jehovah saith, `Thus do the sons of Israel eat their defiled bread among the nations whither I drive them.`
RV : And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their bread unclean, among the nations whither I will drive them.
RSV : And the LORD said, "Thus shall the people of Israel eat their bread unclean, among the nations whither I will drive them."
ASV : And Jehovah said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their bread unclean, among the nations whither I will drive them.
ESV : And the LORD said, "Thus shall the people of Israel eat their bread unclean, among the nations where I will drive them."
ERVEN : Then the Lord said, "This will show that the family of Israel will eat unclean bread in foreign countries, and I am the one who forced them to leave Israel and go to those countries!"

MOV : അതിന്നു ഞാൻ: അയ്യോ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, എനിക്കു ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു മാലിന്യവും ഭവിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; ഞാൻ ബാല്യംമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെ താനേ ചത്തതിനെയോ പറിച്ചുകീറിപ്പോയതിനെയോ തിന്നിട്ടില്ല; അറെപ്പായുള്ള മാംസം എന്റെ വായിൽ വെച്ചിട്ടുമില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
KJV : Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn in pieces; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.
YLT : And I say, `Ah, Lord Jehovah, lo, my soul is not defiled, and carcase, and torn thing, I have not eaten from my youth, even till now; nor come into my mouth hath abominable flesh.`
RV : Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn of beasts; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth;
RSV : Then I said, "Ah Lord GOD! behold, I have never defiled myself; from my youth up till now I have never eaten what died of itself or was torn by beasts, nor has foul flesh come into my mouth."
ASV : Then said I, Ah Lord Jehovah! behold, my soul hath not been polluted; for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn of beasts; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.
ESV : Then I said, "Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I have never defiled myself. From my youth up till now I have never eaten what died of itself or was torn by beasts, nor has tainted meat come into my mouth."
ERVEN : Then I said, "Oh, but Lord God, I have never eaten any unclean food. I have never eaten meat from an animal that died from a disease or from an animal that was killed by a wild animal. I have never eaten unclean meat—not from the time that I was a little baby until today. None of that bad meat ever entered my mouth."

MOV : അവൻ എന്നോടു: നോക്കുക മാനുഷകാഷ്ഠത്തിന്നു പകരം ഞാൻ നിനക്കു പശുവിൻ ചാണകം അനുവദിക്കുന്നു; അതു കത്തിച്ചു നിന്റെ അപ്പം ചുട്ടുകൊൾക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.
KJV : Then he said unto me, Lo, I have given thee cow’s dung for man’s dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread therewith.
YLT : And He saith unto me, `See, I have given to thee bullock`s dung instead of man`s dung, and thou hast made thy bread by it.`
RV : Then he said unto me, See, I have given thee cow-s dung for man-s dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread thereon.
RSV : Then he said to me, "See, I will let you have cow's dung instead of human dung, on which you may prepare your bread."
ASV : Then he said unto me, See, I have given thee cows dung for mans dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread thereon.
ESV : Then he said to me, "See, I assign to you cow's dung instead of human dung, on which you may prepare your bread."
ERVEN : Then God said to me, "Very well, I will let you use dry cow dung to cook your bread. You don't have to use dry human dung."

MOV : മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, അപ്പവും വെള്ളവും അവർക്കു മുട്ടിപ്പോകേണ്ടതിന്നും ഓരോരുത്തനും സ്തംഭിച്ചു അകൃത്യം നിമിത്തം ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകേണ്ടതിന്നും
KJV : Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
YLT : And He saith unto me, `Son of man, lo, I am breaking the staff of bread in Jerusalem, and they have eaten bread by weight and with fear; and water by measure and with astonishment, they do drink;
RV : Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with carefulness; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
RSV : Moreover he said to me, "Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem; they shall eat bread by weight and with fearfulness; and they shall drink water by measure and in dismay.
ASV : Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with fearfulness; and they shall drink water by measure, and in dismay:
ESV : Moreover, he said to me, "Son of man, behold, I will break the supply of bread in Jerusalem. They shall eat bread by weight and with anxiety, and they shall drink water by measure and in dismay.
ERVEN : Then God said to me, "Son of man, I am destroying Jerusalem's supply of bread. People will have only a little bread to eat. They will be very worried about their food supply, and they will have only a little water to drink. Every time they drink some, they will feel more afraid.

MOV : ഞാൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ അപ്പം എന്ന കോൽ ഒടിച്ചുകളയും; അവർ തൂക്കപ്രകാരവും പേടിയോടെയും അപ്പം തിന്നും; അവർ അളവു പ്രകാരവും സ്തംഭനത്തോടെയും വെള്ളം കുടിക്കും എന്നു അവൻ എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
KJV : That they may want bread and water, and be astonied one with another, and consume away for their iniquity.
YLT : so that they lack bread and water, and have been astonished one with another, and been consumed in their iniquity.
RV : that they may want bread and water, and be astonied one with another, and pine away in their iniquity.
RSV : I will do this that they may lack bread and water, and look at one another in dismay, and waste away under their punishment.
ASV : that they may want bread and water, and be dismayed one with another, and pine away in their iniquity.
ESV : I will do this that they may lack bread and water, and look at one another in dismay, and rot away because of their punishment.
ERVEN : That is because there will not be enough food and water for everyone. They will be terrified as they watch each other wasting away because of their sins.
