MOV : അനന്തരം അവർ യെരൂശലേമിനോടു സമീപിച്ചു ഒലിവുമലയരികെ ബേത്ത്ഫഗയിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ, യേശു രണ്ടു ശിഷ്യന്മാരെ അയച്ചു:
KJV : And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,

ERVEN : Jesus and his followers were coming closer to Jerusalem. But first they stopped at Bethphage at the hill called the Mount of Olives. From there Jesus sent two of his followers into town.

MOV : “നിങ്ങൾക്കു എതിരെയുള്ള ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ ചെല്ലുവിൻ; അവിടെ കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പെൺകഴുതയെയും അതിന്റെ കുട്ടിയെയും നിങ്ങൾ ഉടനെ കാണും; അവയെ അഴിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുവരുവിൻ.
KJV : Saying unto them, {SCJ}Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose [them,] and bring [them] unto me. {SCJ.}
YLT : saying to them, `Go on to the village over-against you, and immediately ye shall find an ass bound, and a colt with her -- having loosed, bring ye to me;
RV : saying unto them, Go into the village that is over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose {cf15i them}, and bring {cf15i them} unto me.
RSV : saying to them, "Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find an ass tied, and a colt with her; untie them and bring them to me.

MOV : നിങ്ങളോടു ആരാനും വല്ലതും പറഞ്ഞാൽ: കർത്താവിന്നു ഇവയെക്കൊണ്ടു ആവശ്യം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു പറവിൻ; തൽക്ഷണം അവൻ അവയെ അയയക്കും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
KJV : {SCJ}And if any [man] say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them. {SCJ.}
YLT : and if any one may say anything to you, ye shall say, that the lord hath need of them, and immediately he will send them.`
RV : And if any one say aught unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

MOV : “സീയോൻ പുത്രിയോടു: ഇതാ, നിന്റെ രാജാവു സൌമ്യനായി കഴുതപ്പുറത്തും വാഹനമൃഗത്തിന്റെ കുട്ടിയുടെ പുറത്തും കയറി നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുന്നു എന്നു പറവിൻ ”
KJV : All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,

MOV : എന്നിങ്ങനെ പ്രവാചകൻ മുഖാന്തരം അരുളിചെയ്തതിന്നു നിവൃത്തിവരുവാൻ ഇതു സംഭവിച്ചു.
KJV : Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
YLT : `Tell ye the daughter of Zion, Lo, thy king doth come to thee, meek, and mounted on an ass, and a colt, a foal of a beast of burden.`

MOV : ശിഷ്യന്മാർ പുറപ്പെട്ടു യേശു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ചെയ്തു,

MOV : മുന്നും പിന്നും നടന്ന പുരുഷാരം: ദാവീദ് പുത്രന്നു ഹോശന്നാ; കർത്താവിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ വരുന്നവൻ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവൻ; അത്യുന്നതങ്ങളിൽ ഹോശന്നാ എന്നു ആർത്തുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
KJV : And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
YLT : and the multitudes who were going before, and who were following, were crying, saying, `Hosanna to the Son of David, blessed is he who is coming in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.`

ERVEN : Some of the people were walking ahead of Jesus. Others were walking behind him. They all shouted, "Praise to the Son of David! 'Welcome! God bless the one who comes in the name of the Lord!' Praise to God in heaven!"

MOV : അവൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ കടന്നപ്പോൾ നഗരം മുഴുവനും ഇളകി: ഇവൻ ആർ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

KJV : And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
YLT : And Jesus entered into the temple of God, and did cast forth all those selling and buying in the temple, and the tables of the money-changers he overturned, and the seats of those selling the doves,

ERVEN : Jesus went into the Temple area. He threw out all those who were selling and buying things there. He turned over the tables that belonged to those who were exchanging different kinds of money. And he turned over the benches of those who were selling doves.

MOV : “എന്റെ ആലയം പ്രാർത്ഥാനാലയം എന്നു വിളിക്കപ്പെടും എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളോ അതിനെ കള്ളന്മാരുടെ ഗുഹയാക്കിത്തിർക്കുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
KJV : And said unto them, {SCJ}It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves. {SCJ.}
YLT : and he saith to them, `It hath been written, My house a house of prayer shall be called, but ye did make it a den of robbers.`

MOV : എന്നാൽ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും അവൻ ചെയ്ത അത്ഭുതങ്ങളെയും ദാവീദ് പുത്രന്നു ഹോശന്നാ എന്നു ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ ആർക്കുന്ന ബാലന്മാരെയും കണ്ടിട്ടു നീരസപ്പെട്ടു;
KJV : And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased,
YLT : and the chief priests and the scribes having seen the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, `Hosanna to the Son of David,` were much displeased;
RV : But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children that were crying in the temple and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were moved with indignation,

ESV : But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying out in the temple, "Hosanna to the Son of David!" they were indignant,
ERVEN : The leading priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he was doing. And they saw the children praising him in the Temple area. The children were shouting, "Praise to the Son of David. " All this made the priests and the teachers of the law angry.

MOV : ഇവൻ പറയുന്നതു കേൾക്കുന്നുവോ എന്നു അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചു. യേശു അവരോടു: “ഉവ്വു: ശിശുക്കളുടെയും മുലകുടിക്കുന്നവരുടെയും വായിൽ നിന്നു നീ പുകഴ്ച ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതു നിങ്ങൾ ഒരിക്കലും വായിച്ചിട്ടല്ലയോ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
KJV : And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, {SCJ}Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise? {SCJ.}
YLT : and they said to him, `Hearest thou what these say?` And Jesus saith to them, `Yes, did ye never read, that, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings Thou didst prepare praise?`
RV : and said unto him, Hearest thou what these are saying? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea: did ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
RSV : and they said to him, "Do you hear what these are saying?" And Jesus said to them, "Yes; have you never read, `Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast brought perfect praise'?"
ASV : and said unto him, Hearest thou what these are saying? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea: did ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou has perfected praise?
ESV : and they said to him, "Do you hear what these are saying?" And Jesus said to them, "Yes; have you never read, "' Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise'?"
ERVEN : They asked Jesus, "Do you hear what these children are saying?" He answered, "Yes. The Scriptures say, 'You have taught children and babies to give praise.' Have you not read that Scripture?"

MOV : പിന്നെ അവരെ വിട്ടു നഗരത്തിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ബെഥാന്യയിൽ ചെന്നു അവിടെ രാത്രി പാർത്തു.

KJV : Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.
YLT : and in the morning turning back to the city, he hungered,

MOV : അടുക്കെ ചെന്നു, അതിൽ ഇലയല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും കാണായ്കയാൽ: “ഇനി നിന്നിൽ ഒരുനാളും ഫലം ഉണ്ടാകാതെ പോകട്ടെ” എന്നു അതിനോടു പറഞ്ഞു; ക്ഷണത്തിൽ അത്തി ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോയി.
KJV : And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, {SCJ}Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever.{SCJ.} And presently the fig tree withered away.
YLT : and having seen a certain fig-tree on the way, he came to it, and found nothing in it except leaves only, and he saith to it, `No more from thee may fruit be -- to the age;` and forthwith the fig-tree withered.

ERVEN : He saw a fig tree beside the road and went to get a fig from it. But there were no figs on the tree. There were only leaves. So Jesus said to the tree, "You will never again produce fruit!" The tree immediately dried up and died.

MOV : ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അതു കണ്ടാറെ: അത്തി ഇത്ര ക്ഷണത്തിൽ ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോയതു എങ്ങനെ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെട്ടു.
KJV : And when the disciples saw [it,] they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!
YLT : And the disciples having seen, did wonder, saying, `How did the fig-tree forthwith wither?`

ERVEN : When the followers saw this, they were very surprised. They asked, "How did the fig tree dry up and die so quickly?"

MOV : അതിന്നു യേശു: “നിങ്ങൾ സംശയിക്കാതെ വിശ്വാസം ഉള്ളവരായാൽ ഈ അത്തിയോടു ചെയ്തതു നിങ്ങളും ചെയ്യും; എന്നു മാത്രമല്ല, ഈ മലയോടു: നീങ്ങി കടലിലേക്കു ചാടിപ്പോക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ അതും സംഭവിക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.”
KJV : Jesus answered and said unto them, {SCJ}Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this [which is done] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. {SCJ.}
YLT : And Jesus answering said to them, `Verily I say to you, If ye may have faith, and may not doubt, not only this of the fig-tree shall ye do, but even if to this mount ye may say, Be lifted up and be cast into the sea, it shall come to pass;

ESV : And Jesus answered them, "Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' it will happen.
ERVEN : Jesus answered, "The truth is, if you have faith and no doubts, you will be able to do the same as I did to this tree. And you will be able to do more. You will be able to say to this mountain, 'Go, mountain, fall into the sea.' And if you have faith, it will happen.
