മോശെ പിന്നെയും: യഹോവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തിന്നുവാൻ വൈകുന്നേരത്തു മാംസവും പ്രഭാതകാലത്തു തൃപ്തിയാകുംവണ്ണം അപ്പവും തരുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും; യഹോവയുടെ നേരെ നിങ്ങൾ പിറുപിറുക്കുന്നതു അവൻ കേൾക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങൾ എന്തുള്ളു? നിങ്ങളുടെ പിറുപിറുപ്പു ഞങ്ങളുടെ നേരെയല്ല, യഹോവയുടെ നേരെയത്രേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And Moses said, [This shall be,] when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORD heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what [are] we? your murmurings [are] not against us, but against the LORD.

You have been complaining to Aaron and me. But now, maybe we will have a little rest. Remember, you are not complaining against Aaron and me. You are complaining against the Lord."
