MOV അദ്ധ്യക്ഷൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ഗൃഹവിചാരകനാകയാൽ അനിന്ദ്യനായിരിക്കേണം; തന്നിഷ്ടക്കാരനും കോപിയും മദ്യപ്രിയനും തല്ലുകാരനും ദുർല്ലാഭമോഹിയും അരുതു.
KJV For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;

He must not drink too much, and he must not be someone who likes to fight. He must not be a man who will do almost anything for money.
