ಮೋಶೆಯು ಆರೋನನಿಗೆ, “ಯೆಹೋವನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಪಾಪಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞವನ್ನೂ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮವನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸು. ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಜನರನ್ನೂ ಶುದ್ಧಿಮಾಡುವ ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ಜನರು ತಂದದ್ದನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಿಮಾಡು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, "ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସ ଓ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା କରାୟାଇଥିବା ପାପର ପା୍ରଯଶ୍ଚିତ ପାଇଁ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ଓ ହାମବେଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର। ତା'ପରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର ଓ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କର। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏହା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି।"
