MOV അഹശ്വേരോശ്‌രാജാവിന്റെ സകലസംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും യെഹൂദന്മാർ തങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ തങ്ങളോടു ദോഷം ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഭാവിച്ചവരെ കയ്യേറ്റം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടി; അവരെയുള്ള പേടി സകല ജാതികളുടെയുംമേൽ വീണിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ആർക്കും അവരോടു എതിർത്തുനില്പാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.
KJV The Jews gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people.
