അതിന്നു യിസ്രായേൽരാജാവു യെഹോശാഫാത്തിനോടു: നാം യഹോവയോടു അരുളപ്പാടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ഇനി യിമ്ളയുടെ മകനായ മീഖായാവു എന്നൊരുത്തൻ ഉണ്ടു. എന്നാൽ അവൻ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു ഗണമല്ല ദോഷം തന്നേ പ്രവചിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു എനിക്കു അവനോടു ഇഷ്ടമില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. രാജാവു അങ്ങനെ പറയരുതേ എന്നു യെഹോശാഫാത്ത് പറഞ്ഞു.

And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, [There is] yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
