എന്നാൽ തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ മുൻ വശത്തു കിഴക്കു, സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ മുൻ വശത്തു തന്നേ, സൂര്യോദയത്തിന്നു നേരെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും പാളയമിറങ്ങുകയും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ കാര്യമായ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ കാര്യം നോക്കുകയും വേണം; അന്യൻ അടുത്തുവന്നാൽ മരണ ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.

But those that encamp before the tabernacle toward the east, [even] before the tabernacle of the congregation eastward, [shall be] Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

And those encamping before the tabernacle eastward, before the tent of meeting, at the east, [are] Moses and Aaron, and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the sons of Israel, and the stranger who cometh near is put to death.

Those who were to camp before the tabernacle on the east, before the tent of meeting toward the sunrise, were Moses and Aaron and his sons, guarding the sanctuary itself, to protect the people of Israel. And any outsider who came near was to be put to death.

Moses, Aaron, and his sons camped east of the Holy Tent, in front of the Meeting Tent. They were given the work of caring for the Holy Place. They did this for all the Israelites. Anyone else who came near the Holy Place was to be killed.
