അതിന്റെ മേദസ്സു ഒക്കെയും സമാധാനയാഗത്തിൽനിന്നു മേദസ്സു എടുക്കുന്നതുപോലെ എടുത്തു പുരോഹിതൻ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായി ദഹിപ്പിക്കേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ പുരോഹിതൻ അവന്നു വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; എന്നാൽ അതു അവനോടു ക്ഷമിക്കും.

And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn [it] upon the altar for a sweet savour unto the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.

The priest will then remove all of its fat, just as is done for the fellowship offerings. Then he will bring it to the altar as a sweet smell to the Lord. The priest will do this to make you pure, and God will forgive you.
