ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲರು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಈ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ನಲವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಹಿಡಿದವು. ನಲವತ್ತನೆ ವರ್ಷದ ಹನ್ನೊಂದನೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಿ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು.
