मी बूजीचा मुलगा याजक यहेज्केल. मी परागंदा झालो होतो. मी खास्द्यांच्या देशात खबार कालव्याच्या काठी असताना आकाश दुभंगले व मला देवाचा दृष्टान्त झाला. 30व्या वर्षीच्याचौथ्या महिन्याच्या (जूनच्या) पाचव्या दिवसाची ही घटना आहे.यहोयाखीन राजाच्या परागंदा होण्याच्या काळातील 5 व्या वर्षी, महिन्याच्या 5 व्या दिवशी, यजेज्केलला परमेश्वराचा शब्द प्राप्त झाला. तेथेच त्याला परमेश्वराची शक्ती प्राप्त झाली.उत्तरेकडून एक धुळीचे वादळ येताना मी (यहेज्केलने) पाहिले. तो एक मोठा ढग होता आणि त्यातून आगीचा झोत बाहेर पडत होता. त्याच्याभोवती प्रकाशाची प्रभा फाकली होती. आगीत धगधगणाऱ्या तप्त धातू प्रमाणे तो दिसत होता.
