ఆ ఎనభై మందిని కలవటానికి ఇష్మాయేలు మిస్పా పట్టణం నుండి వారికి ఎదురేగాడు. అతడు వారిని కలవటానికి వెళుతూ రోదించాడు . ఇష్మాయేలు ఆ ఎనభై మంది మనుష్యులనూ కలిసి కొని, “నాతో రండి. మనం అహీకాము కుమారుడైన గెదల్యాను కలుద్దాము” అని చెప్పాడు.

ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನು ಈ ಎಂಭತ್ತು ಜನರನುಐ ಕಾಣುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಿಚ್ಫ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಹೋದನು. ಅವರನುಐ ಕಾಣುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಅವನು ಅಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನು ಆ ಎಂಭತ್ತು ಜನರನುಐ ಎದುರುಗೊಂಡು, “ಅಹೀಕಾಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಗೆದಲ್ಯನನುಐ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನೊಐಂದಿಗೆ ಘನಿಐ” ಎಂದು ಕರೆದನು.
