ರಾಜನಾದ ಅಹಾಬನು ಓಬದ್ಯನಿಗೆ, “ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾ. ನಾವು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ನೀರಿನ ಬುಗ್ಗೆಗಳಿಗೂ ತೊರೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೋಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕುದುರೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೇಸರಕತ್ತೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಹುಲ್ಲು ಸಿಕ್ಕುತ್ತದೆಯೋ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರೋಣ. ಸಿಕ್ಕುವುದಾದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಪಶುಗಳು ಸಾಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
