যদি সেই মহিলার মনিব তার প্রতি অসন্তুষ্ট হয় তাহলে সে তার মহিলা দাসটিকে তার পিতার কাছে ফেরত্ পাঠাতে পারে| যদি মনিবটি তাকে বিয়ের প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয়, তাহলে অন্য লোকের কাছে তাকে বিক্রি করতে পারবে না কারণ সেটা হবে অন্যায|

If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.
