মোশির মাধ্যমে প্রভু যে ভাবে আজ্ঞা দিয়েছিলেন, তিনি ঠিক সেভাবেই তা করলেন| এটি এমন একটি চিহ্নস্বরূপ হল যা ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের মনে রাখতে সাহায্য করবে যে কেবলমাত্র হারোণের পরিবারের কোনো ব্যক্তিই প্রভুর সামনে সুগন্ধি ধূপধূনো উত্সর্গ করতে পারে| এছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তি যদি প্রভুকে সুগন্ধি ধূপধূনোর নৈবেদ্য প্রদান করেন তাহলে সেও কোরহ এবং তার অনুসরণকারীদের মতোই মারা যাবে|

[To be] a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.
