ఫిలిష్తీయులు ఎలుకల బంగారు ప్రతిరూపాలను కూడ పంపారు. ఐదుగురు ఫిలిష్తీయుల పాలకుల అధీనంలో ఎన్ని పట్టణాలున్నాయో అన్ని బంగారు బొమ్మలను పంపారు ఈ ఫిలిష్తీయుల పట్టణాలలో చుట్టు ప్రాకారాలతో కట్టుదిట్టము చేయబడిన పట్టణాలు, వాటికింద ఉన్న గ్రామాలు చేర్చబడ్డాయి. ఏ బండ మీదయితే బేత్షెమెషు ప్రజలు యెహోవా పవిత్ర పెట్టెను ఉంచారో ఆ పెద్ద బండ బేత్షెమెషువాసి యెహోషువ పొలంలో ఈనాటికీ సాక్షిగావుంది.

ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರು ಚಿನ್ನದ ಇಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಐದು ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದ ಐದು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಈ ಇಲಿಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಸುತ್ತ ಗೋಡೆಗಳಿದ್ದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದಿದ್ದವು. ಬೇತ್ಷೆಮೆಷಿನ ಜನರು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲಿಟ್ಟರು. ಬೇತ್ಷೆಮೆಷಿನವನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಈಗಲೂ ಇದೆ.

પલિસ્તીઓએ પાંચ પલિસ્તી શાસનકર્તાઓના કિલ્લાબંધી નગરોની સંખ્યા પ્રમાંણે ઉંદરોના સોનાના નમૂના મોકલ્યા.બેથ-શેમેશના લોકોએ દેવના પવિત્રકોશને ખડક પર મુક્યો. આ ખડક હજી પણ બેથ-શેમેશમાં યહોશુઆનાં ખેતરમાં છે.

ਅਤੇ ਏਹ ਸੋਨੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੂਹੀਆਂ ਫਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਂ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਨ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਅਬੇਲ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਤੋੜੀ ਸਨ ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋੜੀ ਬੈਤਸ਼ਮਸ਼ੀ ਯਹੋਸ਼ੁਆ ਦੀ ਪੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।।

ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସକ୍ସ୍ଟବର୍ଣର ମୂଷିକମାନଙ୍କର ନକ୍ସା ପଠାଇଲେ। ଏହି ସକ୍ସ୍ଟବର୍ଣ ମୂଷିକମାନଙ୍କର ସଂଖ୍ଯା, ପାଞ୍ଚଜଣ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟ ଶାସକମାନଙ୍କର ନଗରର ସଂଖ୍ଯା ସହିତ ସମାନ। ଏହି ନଗରର ଗ୍ଭରିପଟେ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ବେଷ୍ଟିତ ଓ ଗ୍ରାମ ବେଷ୍ଟିତ ଥିଲା। ବୈଥ୍-ଶମେଶର ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ନିଯମ-ସିନ୍ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟକ ପଥର ଉପରେ ରଖିଲେ।

सोन्याचे उंदीरही करुन पाठवले. पाच पलिष्टी अधिकाऱ्यांच्या अखत्यारीत जेवढी गावे येत होती त्यांच्या संख्येच्या प्रमाणात ते होते. या प्रत्येक गावाभोवती तटबंदी असून सभोवार खेडी होती.बेथशेमेशच्या लोकांनी परमेश्वराचा पवित्र कोश त्या खडकावर ठेवला. यहोशवाच्या शेतात तो खडक अजूनही आहे.
