ಮೂರನೆಯ ದಿನ ದಾವೀದನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಜನರು ಚಿಕ್ಲಗ್ ಊರಿಗೆ ಬಂದರು. ಅಮಾಲೇಕ್ಯರು ಚಿಕ್ಲಗನ್ನು ಆಕ್ರಮಣ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ನೋಡಿದರು. ಅಮಾಲೇಕ್ಯರು ನೆಗೆವ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ಚಿಕ್ಲಗನ್ನು ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ನಗರವನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿದ್ದರು.
