BNV পরে তিনি কিছু দূরে গিয়ে মাটিতে উপুড় হয়ে পড়ে প্রার্থনা করে বললেন, ‘আমার পিতা, যদি সন্ভব হয় তবে এই কষ্টের পানপাত্র আমার কাছ থেকে দূরে যাক; তবু আমার ইচ্ছামতো নয়, কিন্তু তোমারই ইচ্ছা পূর্ণ হোক্৷’
KJV And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, {SCJ}O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou [wilt. ]{SCJ.}
YLT And having gone forward a little, he fell on his face, praying, and saying, `My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as Thou.`

ERVEN Then Jesus went on a little farther away from them. He fell to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, don't make me drink from this cup. But do what you want, not what I want."
