મારે તમને એ કહેવું છે કે દેવ જે વચન આપે છે તે સત્ય છે, એમ બતાવવા ખ્રિસ્ત યહૂદિઓનો સેવક થયો. દેવે યહૂદિઓના પૂર્વજોને જે જે વચનો આપ્યાં હતાં તે દેવ કરી બતાવશે, એ સાબિત કરવા માટે ખ્રિસ્તે આમ કર્યુ.
