BNV এইভাবে সে প্রথম পশুর সেবার্থে তাকে প্রদত্ত শক্তির বলে অলৌকিক কাজ করে পৃথিবীবাসীদের ঠকাল৷ সে পৃথিবীর লোকদের বলল, ‘য়ে পশু তরবারির আঘাতে আহত হয়েও বেঁচে উঠেছে, তার সম্মানার্থে একঢি মূর্তি গড়৷
KJV And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by [the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
YLT and it leadeth astray those dwelling on the land, because of the signs that were given it to do before the beast, saying to those dwelling upon the land to make an image to the beast that hath the stroke of the sword and did live,
RV And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by reason of the signs which it was given him to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, who hath the stroke of the sword, and lived.
RSV and by the signs which it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast, it deceives those who dwell on earth, bidding them make an image for the beast which was wounded by the sword and yet lived;

ESV and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast it deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived.
ERVEN This second beast fooled the people living on earth by using the miracles that he had been given the power to do for the first beast. He ordered people to make an idol to honor the first beast, the one that was wounded by the sword but did not die.
