பரிசுத்த தேவதூதன் இத்தணடனையை அறிவித்து ஏன்? அதனால் பூமியிலுள்ள அனைத்து ஜனங்களும் மனிதர்களின் இராஜ்யங்களை மிக உன்னதமான தேவன் ஆளுகிறார் என்று அறிந்துகெள்வார்கள். தேவன் அந்த இராஜ்யங்களை தாம் விரும்புகிற எவருக்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் கொடுக்கிறார். தேவன் அந்த இராஜ்யங்களை ஆள பணிவானவர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கிறார்.

కావలి దూత ద్వారా ఈ ఆజ్ఞ జారీ అయింది. పరిశుద్ధుల ద్వారా నిర్ణయం జరిగింది. ఇది అంతం వరకు ఉంటుంది. మహోన్నతుడైన దేవుడు మనుష్యుల రాజ్యాలను పరిపాలిస్తున్నాడని భూమి మీద నివసించే మనుష్యులందరు తెలుసుకొనేందుకు వీలవుతుంది. ఆయనకు నచ్చిన ఎవరికైనా దేవుడు ఆ రాజ్యాలను ఇచ్చి వేస్తాడు. ఆ రాజ్యాలను పాలించేందుకు వినయ విధేయతగల వారిని దేవుడు ఎన్నుకుంటాడు!

ಈ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ದೇವದೂತನು ಸಾರಿದನು. ಮಾನವ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಹೋನ್ನತನಾದ ದೇವರು ಆಳುವನು. ಅವನು ಆ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದವರಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವನು, ಕನಿಷ್ಠರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸುವನು ಎಂಬುದು ಲೋಕದ ಜನರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ತಿಳಿದುಬರಲಿ ಎಂದೇ ಅವನು ಸಾರಿದನು.
