য়োনাথন বলল, “এ হতেই পারে না| আমার পিতা তোমাকে হত্যা করার চেষ্টা করছে না| আমাকে কিছু না বলে সে কোন কাজই করে না| সে কাজ যতই সামান্য হোক, কি জরুরীই হোক, আমাকে সে সবই বলে| তাহলে তোমাকে মারার কথাই বা আমাকে সে বলবে না কেন? না, তোমার কথা ঠিক নয়|”

And he said unto him, God forbid; thou shalt not die: behold, my father will do nothing either great or small, but that he will shew it me: and why should my father hide this thing from me? it [is] not [so. ]
