BNV ইস্রায়েলীয়রা মিস্পায সমবেত হল| তারা জল তুলল এবং সেটা প্রভুর সামনে ঢেলে দিল| এই ভাবে তারা উপবাস কাল শুরু করল| সেই দিন তারা কোন খাদ্য গ্রহণ না করে সমস্ত পাপ স্বীকার করল| তারা বলল, “আমরা প্রভুর কাছে পাপ করেছি|” এই ভাবে মিস্পায ইস্রায়েলীয়দের বিচারক হিসেবে শমূয়েল কাজ করতে লাগল|
KJV And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drew water, and poured [it] out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, We have sinned against the LORD. And Samuel judged the children of Israel in Mizpeh.
YLT And they are gathered to Mizpeh, and draw water, and pour out before Jehovah, and fast on that day, and say there, `We have sinned against Jehovah;` and Samuel judgeth the sons of Israel in Mizpeh.

ERVEN The Israelites met together at Mizpah. They got water and poured it out before the Lord. In this way they began a time of fasting. They did not eat any food that day, and they confessed their sins. They said, "We have sinned against the Lord." So Samuel served as a judge of Israel at Mizpah.
