রাজা যিহোশাফট কিছু মালবাহী জাহাজ বানিয়েছিলেন| তিনি চেয়েছিলেন এই সমস্ত জাহাজ ওফীরে গিয়ে সেখান থেকে সোনা নিয়ে আসবে| কিন্তু ওফীরে যাবার আগেই দেশেরই বন্দরে ইত্সিযোন-গেবরে এই সব জাহাজ ধ্বংস করে দেওয়া হয়|
