ORV : "ମୁଁ ମାରଚେକ୍ଷୁ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଏପରି ଏକ ଚୁକ୍ତି କରିଛି ଯେ ମୁଁ କୌଣସି ଝିଅକୁ ଏପରି ଭାବରେ ଦେଖିବି ନାହିଁ, ୟଦ୍ଦ୍ବାରା କି ମୁଁ ତାକୁ ଚାହିଁବି।
KJV : I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?
YLT : A covenant I made for mine eyes, And what -- do I attend to a virgin?
RV : I MADE a covenant with mine eyes; how then should I look upon a maid?
RSV : "I have made a covenant with my eyes; how then could I look upon a virgin?
ASV : I made a covenant with mine eyes; How then should I look upon a virgin?
ESV : "I have made a covenant with my eyes; how then could I gaze at a virgin?
ERVEN : "I made an agreement with my eyes not to look at a young woman in a way that would make me want her.

ORV : ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି କ'ଣ କରନ୍ତି ? ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କ ବାସସ୍ଥଳ ସ୍ବର୍ଗରୁ କିପରି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବତନେ ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
KJV : For what portion of God [is there] from above? and [what] inheritance of the Almighty from on high?
YLT : And what [is] the portion of God from above? And the inheritance of the Mighty from the heights?
RV : For what {cf15i is} the portion of God from above, and the heritage of the Almighty from on high?
RSV : What would be my portion from God above, and my heritage from the Almighty on high?
ASV : For what is the portion from God above, And the heritage from the Almighty on high?
ESV : What would be my portion from God above and my heritage from the Almighty on high?
ERVEN : What does God above have for us? How does God All-Powerful repay people from his home high in heaven?

ORV : ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ବିପଦ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଗତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ଭଲ କାମ ନ କରନ୍ତି ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବିପତ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତି।
KJV : [Is] not destruction to the wicked? and a strange [punishment] to the workers of iniquity?
YLT : Is not calamity to the perverse? And strangeness to workers of iniquity?
RV : Is it not calamity to the unrighteous, and disaster to the workers of iniquity?
RSV : Does not calamity befall the unrighteous, and disaster the workers of iniquity?
ASV : Is it not calamity to the unrighteous, And disaster to the workers of iniquity?
ESV : Is not calamity for the unrighteous, and disaster for the workers of iniquity?
ERVEN : He sends trouble to the wicked and disaster to those who do wrong.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଯାହାକରେ ବା ପଦକ୍ଷପେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସେ ସବୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ଓ ଦେଖନ୍ତି।
KJV : Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?
YLT : Doth not He see my ways, And all my steps number?
RV : Doth not he see my ways, and number all my steps?
RSV : Does not he see my ways, and number all my steps?
ASV : Doth not he see my ways, And number all my steps?
ESV : Does not he see my ways and number all my steps?
ERVEN : God is the one who knows what I do and sees every step I take.

ORV : ମଁ କବେେ ମିଥ୍ଯା କହି ନାହିଁ କି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଠକି ନାହିଁ।
KJV : If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;
YLT : If I have walked with vanity, And my foot doth hasten to deceit,
RV : If I have walked with vanity, and my foot hath hasted to deceit;
RSV : "If I have walked with falsehood, and my foot has hastened to deceit;

ERVEN : "I have not lied to anyone. I never tried to cheat people.

ORV : ଯଦି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯଥାର୍ଥ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରନ୍ତି, ତବେେ ସେ ଜାଣିପାରିବେ ମୁଁ ନିରପରାଧୀ।
KJV : Let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know mine integrity.
YLT : He doth weigh me in righteous balances, And God doth know my integrity.
RV : (Let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know mine integrity;)
RSV : (Let me be weighed in a just balance, and let God know my integrity!)
ASV : (Let me be weighed in an even balance, That God may know mine integrity);
ESV : (Let me be weighed in a just balance, and let God know my integrity!)
ERVEN : If God would use accurate scales, he would know that I am innocent.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଯଦି ଠିକ୍ ବାଟରୁ ଆଡ଼ଇେ ୟାଏ, ଯଦି ମାରେଆଖି ହୃଦଯକୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ଆଡ଼କୁ ଟାଣି ନିଏ, ଯଦି ମାରେ ହାତ ପାପରେ ମଳିନ ହୁଏ। ତବେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଜାଣିବେ।
KJV : If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;
YLT : If my step doth turn aside from the way, And after mine eyes hath my heart gone, And to my hands cleaved hath blemish,
RV : If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any spot hath cleaved to mine hands:

ORV : ତବେେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକ ସହେି ଶସ୍ଯ ଖାଇଲେ ତାହା ଠିକ୍ ହବେ, ମୁଁ ତାହା ଲଗାଇଲି ଏବଂ ବଢ଼ିଥିବା ଗଛକୁ ମୁଁ ଉପାଡ଼ି ଦଲେି।
KJV : [Then] let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.
YLT : Let me sow -- and another eat, And my products let be rooted out.
RV : Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let the produce of my field be rooted out.
RSV : then let me sow, and another eat; and let what grows for me be rooted out.

ORV : ଯଦି ମୁଁ ପର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀକୁ କାମନା କରିଥାଏ ବା ପଡ଼ୋଶୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହ ପାପ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତା'ର ଦ୍ବାର ଦେଶ ରେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥାଏ,
KJV : If mine heart have been deceived by a woman, or [if] I have laid wait at my neighbour’s door;
YLT : If my heart hath been enticed by woman, And by the opening of my neighbour I laid wait,
RV : If mine heart have been enticed unto a woman, and I have laid wait at my neighbour-s door:
RSV : "If my heart has been enticed to a woman, and I have lain in wait at my neighbor's door;
ASV : If my heart hath been enticed unto a woman, And I have laid wait at my neighbors door;

ORV : ତବେେ ମାରେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରପୁରୁଷର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ରାନ୍ଧିପା ରେ, ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣେ ପୁରୁଷ ତାକୁ ଶୟ୍ଯା ସଙ୍ଗିନୀ କରିବ।
KJV : [Then] let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.
YLT : Grind to another let my wife, And over her let others bend.
RV : Then let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.
RSV : then let my wife grind for another, and let others bow down upon her.
ASV : Then let my wife grind unto another, And let others bow down upon her.
ESV : then let my wife grind for another, and let others bow down on her.
ERVEN : then let my wife serve someone else, and let other men sleep with her.

ORV : କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ୟୌନାଚାର ପାପ ନିନ୍ଦନୀଯ। ଏହି ପାପୀ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପାଇବା ଉଚିତ୍।
KJV : For this [is] an heinous crime; yea, it [is] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judges.
YLT : For it [is] a wicked thing, and a judicial iniquity;
RV : For that were an heinous crime; yea, it were an iniquity to be punished by the judges:
RSV : For that would be a heinous crime; that would be an iniquity to be punished by the judges;
ASV : For that were a heinous crime; Yea, it were an iniquity to be punished by the judges:
ESV : For that would be a heinous crime; that would be an iniquity to be punished by the judges;
ERVEN : To do such a thing would be shameful, a sin that must be punished.

ORV : ୟୌନାଚାର ପାପ ହେଉଛି ଏଭଳି ଏକ ଅଗ୍ନି ସବୁ କିଛିକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କଲା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଜଳୁଥାଏ। ଏହା ମାରେ କରିଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯକୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରିଦଇେ ପା ରେ।
KJV : For it [is] a fire [that] consumeth to destruction, and would root out all mine increase.
YLT : For a fire it [is], to destruction it consumeth, And among all mine increase doth take root,
RV : For it is a fire that consumeth unto Destruction, and would root out all mine increase.
RSV : for that would be a fire which consumes unto Abaddon, and it would burn to the root all my increase.
ASV : For it is a fire that consumeth unto Destruction, And would root out all mine increase.
ESV : for that would be a fire that consumes as far as Abaddon, and it would burn to the root all my increase.
ERVEN : Such sin is like a fire that burns until it destroys everything. It would completely ruin my life's work.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଯଦି ମାରେ କ୍ରୀତଦାସଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନ୍ଯାଯ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରିଥାଏ। ସେତବେେଳେ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଥାଏ।
KJV : If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me;
YLT : If I despise the cause of my man-servant, And of my handmaid, In their contending with me,
RV : If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me:
RSV : "If I have rejected the cause of my manservant or my maidservant, when they brought a complaint against me;
ASV : If I have despised the cause of my man-servant or of my maid-servant, When they contended with me;
ESV : "If I have rejected the cause of my manservant or my maidservant, when they brought a complaint against me,
ERVEN : "If I refused to be fair to my slaves when they had a complaint against me,

ORV : ତବେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଲା ବେଳେ ମୁଁ କ'ଣ କରିବି ? ମୁଁ ଯାହା କରିଛି ତା'ର ବ୍ଯାଖ୍ଯା କରିବାକୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯଦି କହନ୍ତି ତବେେ ମୁଁ କି ଉତ୍ତର ଦବେି ?
KJV : What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?
YLT : Then what do I do when God ariseth? And when He doth inspect, What do I answer Him?
RV : What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?
RSV : what then shall I do when God rises up? When he makes inquiry, what shall I answer him?
ASV : What then shall I do when God riseth up? And when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?
ESV : what then shall I do when God rises up? When he makes inquiry, what shall I answer him?
ERVEN : then what will I do when I must face God? What will I say when he asks me to explain what I did?

ORV : ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାରେ ମା'ର ଶରୀର ଭିତ ରେ ମାେତେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ମଧ୍ଯ ମାରେ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ମା'ର ଗର୍ଭ ଭିତ ରେ ଗଢ଼ିଛନ୍ତି।
KJV : Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?
YLT : Did not He that made me in the womb make him? Yea, prepare us in the womb doth One.
RV : Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?
RSV : Did not he who made me in the womb make him? And did not one fashion us in the womb?
ASV : Did not he that made me in the womb make him? And did not one fashion us in the womb?
ESV : Did not he who made me in the womb make him? And did not one fashion us in the womb?
ERVEN : The one who made me in my mother's womb also made them. God shaped us all inside our mothers.

ORV : ମୁଁ କବେେ ଗରିବ ଲୋକକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରିନାହିଁ। ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଦରକାର ମୁତାବକ ଦଇେଛି।
KJV : If I have withheld the poor from [their] desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;
YLT : If I withhold from pleasure the poor, And the eyes of the widow do consume,
RV : If I have withheld the poor from {cf15i their} desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;
RSV : "If I have withheld anything that the poor desired, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail,

ORV : ମୁଁ କବେେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ରେ କୃପଣ ନୁହେଁ। ମୁଁ ସବୁବେଳେ ଅନାଥ ବାଳକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ।
KJV : Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;
YLT : And I do eat my morsel by myself, And the orphan hath not eat of it,
RV : Or have eaten my morsel alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;
RSV : or have eaten my morsel alone, and the fatherless has not eaten of it
ASV : Or have eaten my morsel alone, And the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;
ESV : or have eaten my morsel alone, and the fatherless has not eaten of it
ERVEN : I have never been selfish with my food. I shared what I had with orphans.

ORV : ଅନାଥ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ସାରା ଜୀବନ ମୁଁ ପିତାଭଳି କାମ କରିଛି। ସାରା ଜୀବନ ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କ ଯତ୍ନ ନଇେଛି।
KJV : (For from my youth he was brought up with me, as [with] a father, and I have guided her from my mother’s womb;)
YLT : (But from my youth He grew up with me as [with] a father, And from the belly of my mother I am led.)
RV : (Nay, from my youth he grew up with me as with a father, and I have been her guide from my mother-s womb;)
RSV : (for from his youth I reared him as a father, and from his mother's womb I guided him);
ASV : (Nay, from my youth he grew up with me as with a father, And her have I guided from my mothers womb);
ESV : (for from my youth the fatherless grew up with me as with a father, and from my mother's womb I guided the widow),
ERVEN : All my life I have been like a father to orphans and have taken care of widows.

ORV : ଯେତବେେଳେ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଅଭାବରେ କଷ୍ଟ ପାଉଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ, ପୋଷାକ ନ ଥିବା ଦରିଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ଯେ ତବେଳେ ଦେଖିଛି,
KJV : If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;
YLT : If I see [any] perishing without clothing, And there is no covering to the needy,
RV : If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or that the needy had no covering;
RSV : if I have seen any one perish for lack of clothing, or a poor man without covering;
ASV : If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, Or that the needy had no covering;
ESV : if I have seen anyone perish for lack of clothing, or the needy without covering,
ERVEN : Whenever I found people suffering because they didn't have clothes or saw a poor man with no coat,

ORV : ମୁଁ ସବୁବେଳେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଦଇେଛି ଓ ମାେ ନିଜ ମେଣ୍ଢାର ପଶମ ଦଇେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉଷ୍ଣତା ଦଇେଛି ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ହୃଦଯଭଳି ମାେତେ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
KJV : If his loins have not blessed me, and [if] he were [not] warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
YLT : If his loins have not blessed me, And from the fleece of my sheep He doth not warm himself,
RV : If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
RSV : if his loins have not blessed me, and if he was not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
ASV : If his loins have not blessed me, And if he hath not been warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
ESV : if his body has not blessed me, and if he was not warmed with the fleece of my sheep,
ERVEN : I always gave them something to wear. I used the wool from my own sheep to make them warm. And they thanked me with all their heart.

ORV : ଅନାଥ ବାଳକକୁ ମୁଁ କବେେ ହାତ ଉଠାଏ ନାହିଁ ବରଂ ମାରଫୋଟକ ପାଖ ରେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କାମନା କରି ଛିଡ଼ା ହାଇେ ଥିବାର ମୁଁ ତାକୁ ଦେଖେ।
KJV : If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:
YLT : If I have waved at the fatherless my hand, When I see in [him] the gate of my court,
RV : If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, because I saw my help in the gate:
RSV : if I have raised my hand against the fatherless, because I saw help in the gate;
ASV : If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, Because I saw my help in the gate:
ESV : if I have raised my hand against the fatherless, because I saw my help in the gate,
ERVEN : I never threatened an orphan, even when I knew I had support in court.

ORV : ମୁଁ ଯଦି କବେେ ତାହା କରିଥାଏ, ତବେେ ମାରେ ବାହୁ ଖଞ୍ଜାରୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଯାଉ ଓ ତାହାକୁ କାନ୍ଧ ଉପରୁ ପଡ଼ିଯାଉ।
KJV : [Then] let mine arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.
YLT : My shoulder from its blade let fall, And mine arm from the bone be broken.
RV : Then let my shoulder fall from the shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.
RSV : then let my shoulder blade fall from my shoulder, and let my arm be broken from its socket.
ASV : Then let my shoulder fall from the shoulder-blade, And mine arm be broken from the bone.
ESV : then let my shoulder blade fall from my shoulder, and let my arm be broken from its socket.
ERVEN : If I ever did that, may my arm be pulled from its socket and fall from my shoulder!

ORV : କିନ୍ତୁ ସହେିସବୁ କଦର୍ୟ୍ଯ କାମ ଭିତରୁ କୌଣସି ମୁଁ କବେେ କରି ନାହିଁ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦଣ୍ଡକୁ ମୁଁ ସବୁବେଳେ ଭୟ କରେ। ତାଙ୍କର ମହିମା ମାେତେ ଭୟଭୀତ କରେ।
KJV : For destruction [from] God [was] a terror to me, and by reason of his highness I could not endure.
YLT : For a dread unto me [is] calamity [from] God, And because of His excellency I am not able.
RV : For calamity from God was a terror to me, and by reason of his excellency I could do nothing.
RSV : For I was in terror of calamity from God, and I could not have faced his majesty.
ASV : For calamity from God is a terror to me, And by reason of his majesty I can do nothing.
ESV : For I was in terror of calamity from God, and I could not have faced his majesty.
ERVEN : But I didn't do any of these bad things. I fear God's punishment too much. His majesty scares me.

ORV : ମାରେ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ମୁଁ କବେେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରେ ନାହିଁ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସାହାୟ୍ଯକୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରେ। ଖାଣ୍ଟି ସୁନାକୁ ମୁଁ କବେେ କ ହେ ନାହିଁ, 'ତୁ ମାରେ ଆଶା।'
KJV : If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, [Thou art] my confidence;
YLT : If I have made gold my confidence, And to the pure gold have said, `My trust,`
RV : If I have made gold my hope, and have said to the fine gold, {cf15i Thou art} my confidence;
RSV : "If I have made gold my trust, or called fine gold my confidence;
ASV : If I have made gold my hope, And have said to the fine gold, Thou art my confidence;
ESV : "If I have made gold my trust or called fine gold my confidence,
ERVEN : "I have never trusted in riches. I never said even to pure gold, 'You are my hope.'

ORV : ମୁଁ ଧନୀ ଥିଲି। କିନ୍ତୁ ତାହା ମାେତେ ଗର୍ବି କରିନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ବହୁତ ଟଙ୍କା ରୋଜଗାର କରିଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ତାହା ମାେତେ ଖୁସି ପରିପାରି ନାହିଁ।
KJV : If I rejoiced because my wealth [was] great, and because mine hand had gotten much;
YLT : If I rejoice because great [is] my wealth, And because abundance hath my hand found,
RV : If I rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;
RSV : if I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, or because my hand had gotten much;
ASV : If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great, And because my hand had gotten much;
ESV : if I have rejoiced because my wealth was abundant or because my hand had found much,
ERVEN : I have been wealthy, but that didn't make me proud. I earned a lot of money, but that is not what made me happy.

ORV : ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ କି ସ୍ମରଣୀଯ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ମୁଁ କବେେ ଉପାସନା କରି ନାହିଁ।
KJV : If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking [in] brightness;
YLT : If I see the light when it shineth, And the precious moon walking,
RV : If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking in brightness;
RSV : if I have looked at the sun when it shone, or the moon moving in splendor,
ASV : If I have beheld the sun when it shined, Or the moon walking in brightness,
ESV : if I have looked at the sun when it shone, or the moon moving in splendor,
ERVEN : I have never worshiped the bright sun or the beautiful moon.

KJV : This also [were] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judge: for I should have denied the God [that is] above.
