ORV : ତା'ପରେ ତୈମନର ଇଲୀଫସ ଆୟୁବକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଲୋ,

ORV : "ଆୟୁବ, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଗତ ମୂଲ୍ଯହୀନ ମତ ରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅନ୍ତ ନାହିଁ। ଜଣେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକ ଏତେ ଗରମ ପବନ ରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି ହାଇେ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ।
KJV : Should a wise man utter vain knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?
YLT : Doth a wise man answer [with] vain knowledge? And fill [with] an east wind his belly?
RV : Should a wise man make answer with vain knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?
RSV : "Should a wise man answer with windy knowledge, and fill himself with the east wind?
ASV : Should a wise man make answer with vain knowledge, And fill himself with the east wind?

ERVEN : "If you were really wise, you would not answer with your worthless personal opinions! A wise man would not be so full of hot air.

ORV : ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ଭାବୁଛ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକ ଏପରି ମୂଲ୍ଯହୀନ କଥାକୁ ନଇେ ୟୁକ୍ତି କରିବ, ଯେଉଁ କଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକର କୌଣସି ମୂଲ୍ଯ ନାହିଁ।
KJV : Should he reason with unprofitable talk? or with speeches wherewith he can do no good?
YLT : To reason with a word not useful? And speeches -- no profit in them?
RV : Should he reason with unprofitable talk, or with speeches wherewith he can do no good?
RSV : Should he argue in unprofitable talk, or in words with which he can do no good?
ASV : Should he reason with unprofitable talk, Or with speeches wherewith he can do no good?

ERVEN : Do you think a wise man would use empty words and meaningless speeches to win his arguments?

ORV : କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭୟ ନାହିଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏତେ କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା କର ଯେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଭକ୍ତି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମୟ ପାଆନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
KJV : Yea, thou castest off fear, and restrainest prayer before God.
YLT : Yea, thou dost make reverence void, And dost diminish meditation before God.
RV : Yea, thou doest away with fear, and restrainest devotion before God.
RSV : But you are doing away with the fear of God, and hindering meditation before God.
ASV : Yea, thou doest away with fear, And hinderest devotion before God.
ESV : But you are doing away with the fear of God and hindering meditation before God.
ERVEN : If you had your way, no one would respect God and pray to him.

ORV : କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର କଥା ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାପକୁ ହିଁ ସ୍ବୀକାର କରୁଛି। ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାପକୁ ଲୁଚାଇବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛ, ଚତୁରତା ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବାକ୍ଯ ମଧିଅରେ।
KJV : For thy mouth uttereth thine iniquity, and thou choosest the tongue of the crafty.
YLT : For thy mouth teacheth thine iniquity, And thou chooseth the tongue of the subtile.
RV : For thine iniquity teacheth thy mouth, and thou choosest the tongue of the crafty.
RSV : For your iniquity teaches your mouth, and you choose the tongue of the crafty.
ASV : For thine iniquity teacheth thy mouth, And thou choosest the tongue of the crafty.
ESV : For your iniquity teaches your mouth, and you choose the tongue of the crafty.
ERVEN : What you say clearly shows your sin. Job, you are trying to hide your sin by using clever words.

ORV : ଏହା ଦ୍ବାରା ମୁଁ ପ୍ରମାଣ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁନାହିଁ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯାହା କରୁଛ ସବୁ ଅଧର୍ମ ବୋଲି। ଯେଉଁ ବିଷଯ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିଜ ମୁଖ ଦ୍ବାରା କହୁଛ ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୁଲ୍ ବୋଲି ଦଖାେଉଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ନିଜ ଓଠ ତୁମ୍ଭ୍ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ଯ ଦେଉଛି।
KJV : Thine own mouth condemneth thee, and not I: yea, thine own lips testify against thee.
YLT : Thy mouth declareth thee wicked, and not I, And thy lips testify against thee.
RV : Thine own mouth condemneth thee, and not I; yea, thine own lips testify against thee.
RSV : Your own mouth condemns you, and not I; your own lips testify against you.
ASV : Thine own mouth condemneth thee, and not I; Yea, thine own lips testify against thee.

ERVEN : I don't need to prove to you that you are wrong. The words from your own mouth show that you are wrong. Your own lips speak against you.

ORV : ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ପ୍ରଥମ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଜନ୍ମ ହାଇେଛ ? ଏହି ପର୍ବତସବୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଗର୍ଭ ରେ ଧାରଣ ହାଇେଥିଲ କି ?
KJV : [Art] thou the first man [that] was born? or wast thou made before the hills?
YLT : The first man art thou born? And before the heights wast thou formed?
RV : Art thou the first man that was born? or wast thou brought forth before the hills?
RSV : "Are you the first man that was born? Or were you brought forth before the hills?

ORV : ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୋପନ ଯୋଜନା ବିଷଯ ରେ କିଛି ଜାଣ କି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ନିଜକୁ ଏକମାତ୍ର ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ବୋଲି ଭାବୁଛ ?
KJV : Hast thou heard the secret of God? and dost thou restrain wisdom to thyself?
YLT : Of the secret counsel of God dost thou hear? And withdrawest thou unto thee wisdom?
RV : Hast thou heard the secret counsel of God? and dost thou restrain wisdom to thyself?
RSV : Have you listened in the council of God? And do you limit wisdom to yourself?
ASV : Hast thou heard the secret counsel of God? And dost thou limit wisdom to thyself?

ERVEN : Did you listen to God's secret plans? Do you think you are the only wise person?

ORV : ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯାହା କର ତାହାଠାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅଧିକ ଜାଣୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେ କଥା ବୁଝିପାରୁ ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ ନାହିଁ।
KJV : What knowest thou, that we know not? [what] understandest thou, which [is] not in us?
YLT : What hast thou known, and we know not? Understandest thou -- and it is not with us?
RV : What knowest thou, that we know not? what understandest thou, which is not in us?
RSV : What do you know that we do not know? What do you understand that is not clear to us?
ASV : What knowest thou, that we know not? What understandest thou, which is not in us?
ESV : What do you know that we do not know? What do you understand that is not clear to us?
ERVEN : We know as much as you do! We understand as well as you.

ORV : ସହେି ପାଚିଲାବାଳିଆ ଓ ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ରେ ଏକମନ ହବେେ, ଏପରିକି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପିତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆହୁରି ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକମାନେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଆମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
KJV : With us [are] both the grayheaded and very aged men, much elder than thy father.
YLT : Both the gray-headed And the very aged [are] among us -- Greater than thy father [in] days.
RV : With us are both the grayheaded and the very aged men, much elder than thy father.
RSV : Both the gray-haired and the aged are among us, older than your father.
ASV : With us are both the gray-headed and the very aged men, Much elder than thy father.

ERVEN : The old, gray-haired men agree with us. People older than your father are on our side.

ORV : ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାନ୍ତ୍ବନା ଦବୋକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି। ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ନୁହେଁ। ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବାଣୀ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅତି ମୃଦୁ ବାକ୍ଯ ରେ ବୁଝାଇ କହିଲୁ।
KJV : [Are] the consolations of God small with thee? is there any secret thing with thee?
YLT : Too few for thee are the comforts of God? And a gentle word [is] with thee,
RV : Are the consolations of God too small for thee, and the word {cf15i that dealeth} gently with thee?
RSV : Are the consolations of God too small for you, or the word that deals gently with you?
ASV : Are the consolations of God too small for thee, Even the word that is gentle toward thee?
ESV : Are the comforts of God too small for you, or the word that deals gently with you?
ERVEN : God tries to comfort you, but that is not enough for you. We have spoken his message to you in a gentle way.

ORV : ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କାହିଁକି ବୁଝିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁ ନାହଁ ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ କାହିଁକି ସତ୍ଯକୁ ସ୍ବୀକାର କରୁ ନାହଁ ?
KJV : Why doth thine heart carry thee away? and what do thy eyes wink at,
YLT : What -- doth thine heart take thee away? And what -- are thine eyes high?
RV : Why doth thine heart carry thee away? and why do thine eyes wink?
RSV : Why does your heart carry you away, and why do your eyes flash,
ASV : Why doth thy heart carry thee away? And why do thine eyes flash,

ERVEN : Why will you not understand? Why can you not see the truth?

ORV : ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହା ଦ୍ବଷେପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଥାଗୁଡ଼ାକ କହି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରୁଛ।
KJV : That thou turnest thy spirit against God, and lettest [such] words go out of thy mouth?
YLT : For thou turnest against God thy spirit? And hast brought out words from thy mouth:
RV : That thou turnest thy spirit against God, and lettest {cf15i such} words go out of thy mouth.
RSV : that you turn your spirit against God, and let such words go out of your mouth?
ASV : That against God thou turnest thy spirit, And lettest words go out of thy mouth?
ESV : that you turn your spirit against God and bring such words out of your mouth?
ERVEN : You are expressing your anger against God when you say these things.

ORV : ମନୁଷ୍ଯ କ'ଣ ସତ ରେ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ହାଇପୋରିବ ? ଜଣେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକଠାରୁ ଜନ୍ମ ହାଇେଥିବା କହେି ଧାର୍ମିକ ହାଇପୋରିବ କି ?
KJV : What [is] man, that he should be clean? and [he which is] born of a woman, that he should be righteous?
YLT : What [is] man that he is pure, And that he is righteous, one born of woman?
RV : What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?
RSV : What is man, that he can be clean? Or he that is born of a woman, that he can be righteous?
ASV : What is man, that he should be clean? And he that is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?
ESV : What is man, that he can be pure? Or he who is born of a woman, that he can be righteous?
ERVEN : "People cannot really be pure. They cannot be more right than God!

ORV : ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏମିତିକି ନିଜର ଦୂତମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଅନୁସାରେ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ମଧ୍ଯ ପବିତ୍ର ନୁହେଁ।
KJV : Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.
YLT : Lo, in His holy ones He putteth no credence, And the heavens have not been pure in His eyes.

ORV : ମନୁଷ୍ଯମାନେ ଆହୁରି ତା'ଠାରୁ ଖରାପ। ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ଅତି ଅପରିଷ୍କାର ଓ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ଯ। ସେ ଅଧର୍ମକୁ ଜଳପରି ପାନ କରେ।
KJV : How much more abominable and filthy [is] man, which drinketh iniquity like water?
YLT : Also -- surely abominable and filthy Is man drinking as water perverseness.
RV : How much less one that is abominable and corrupt, a man that drinketh iniquity like water!
RSV : how much less one who is abominable and corrupt, a man who drinks iniquity like water!
ASV : How much less one that is abominable and corrupt, A man that drinketh iniquity like water!

ERVEN : People are even worse. They are disgusting and dirty. They drink up evil like water.

ORV : ମାେ କଥା ଶୁଣ ଆୟୁବ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବୁଝାଇ ଦେଉଛି। ମୁଁ ଯାହା ଜାଣିଛି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବି।
KJV : I will shew thee, hear me; and that [which] I have seen I will declare;
YLT : I shew thee -- hearken to me -- And this I have seen and declare:
RV : I will shew thee, hear thou me; and that which I have seen I will declare:

ORV : ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସହେି ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକଙ୍କ କଥା କହିବି ଯାହା ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ କହିଥିଲେ। ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଏହିସବୁ କହିଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ କୌଣସି କଥା ମାଠାେ ରେ ଗୋପନ କି ଗୁପ୍ତ ରଖି ନ ଥିଲେ।
KJV : Which wise men have told from their fathers, and have not hid [it: ]
YLT : Which the wise declare -- And have not hid -- from their fathers.
RV : (Which wise men have told from their fathers, and have not hid it;
RSV : (what wise men have told, and their fathers have not hidden,

ERVEN : I will tell you what wise men would say, things they heard from their fathers and then freely passed on. They didn't hide any secrets from me.

ORV : କବଳେ ସମାନେେ ହିଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଦେଶ ରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିଲେ। ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କର ଗତାଗତ ନ ଥିଲା। ତେଣୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହେି ବିଚିତ୍ର ମତ ଦଇେ ନ ଥିଲେ।
KJV : Unto whom alone the earth was given, and no stranger passed among them.
YLT : To them alone was the land given, And a stranger passed not over into their midst:
RV : Unto whom alone the land was given, and no stranger passed among them:)

ERVEN : These are important people in our country! Everyone knows who they are.

ORV : ସହେି ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଥିଲେ, "ଦୁଷ୍ଟଲୋକ ଆପଣାର କୁକର୍ମକୁ ସାରାଜୀବନ ଭୋଗ କରେ। ଜଣେ ନିଷ୍ଠୁର ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ତା'ର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଗଣିତ ବର୍ଷ ରେ କ୍ଲେଶ ଭୋଗ କରେ।
KJV : The wicked man travaileth with pain all [his] days, and the number of years is hidden to the oppressor.
YLT : `All days of the wicked he is paining himself, And few years have been laid up for the terrible one.
RV : The wicked man travaileth with pain all his days, even the number of years that are laid up for the oppressor.
RSV : The wicked man writhes in pain all his days, through all the years that are laid up for the ruthless.

ERVEN : And they said that an evil man suffers all his life. A cruel man suffers all his numbered years.

ORV : ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଶବ୍ଦ ତା'ର ଭୟ ସଞ୍ଚାର କରେ। ତା'ର ଶତ୍ରୁ ତାକୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରନ୍ତି, ଯେତବେେଳେ ସେ ନିଜକୁ ନିରାପଦ ମଣୁଥାଏ।
KJV : A dreadful sound [is] in his ears: in prosperity the destroyer shall come upon him.
YLT : A fearful voice [is] in his ears, In peace doth a destroyer come to him.
RV : A sound of terrors is in his ears; in prosperity the spoiler shall come upon him:
RSV : Terrifying sounds are in his ears; in prosperity the destroyer will come upon him.
ASV : A sound of terrors is in his ears; In prosperity the destroyer shall come upon him.

ERVEN : Every noise scares him. His enemy will attack him when he thinks he is safe.

ORV : ଜଣେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ବହୁତ ହତାଶ, ତା'ର ଅନ୍ଧକାରରୁ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବାର କୌଣସି ଆଶା ନ ଥାଏ। ଗୋଟିଏ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଖଡ୍ଗ କେଉଁଠା ରେ ହେଲେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥାଏ।
KJV : He believeth not that he shall return out of darkness, and he is waited for of the sword.
YLT : He believeth not to return from darkness, And watched [is] he for the sword.
RV : He believeth not that he shall return out of darkness, and he is waited for of the sword:
RSV : He does not believe that he will return out of darkness, and he is destined for the sword.
ASV : He believeth not that he shall return out of darkness, And he is waited for of the sword.
ESV : He does not believe that he will return out of darkness, and he is marked for the sword.
ERVEN : An evil man has no hope of escaping the darkness. There is a sword somewhere waiting to kill him.

ORV : ସେ ଏଣତେଣେେ ଘୁରିବୁଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ର ଶରୀର ଶଷେ ରେ ଶାଗୁଣାର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହୁଏ। ସେ ଜାଣେ ତା'ର ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ନିକଟ ହାଇେ ଆସିଲାଣି।
KJV : He wandereth abroad for bread, [saying,] Where [is it?] he knoweth that the day of darkness is ready at his hand.
YLT : He is wandering for bread -- `Where [is] it?` He hath known that ready at his hand Is a day of darkness.
RV : He wandereth abroad for bread, {cf15i saying}, Where is it? he knoweth that the day of darkness is ready at his hand:

ERVEN : He wanders from place to place, looking for food. But he knows a dark day is coming, which he brought on himself.

ORV : ଚିନ୍ତା ଓ ଦୁଃଖ ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ତାକୁ ଭୟଭୀତ କରାଏ। ଏସବୁ ରାଜାପରି ତାକୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ତୁରନ୍ତ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରାନ୍ତି।
KJV : Trouble and anguish shall make him afraid; they shall prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle.
YLT : Terrify him do adversity and distress, They prevail over him As a king ready for a boaster.

ORV : କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାଖ୍ଯାନ କରେ। ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ହସ୍ତ ଉଠାଏ ଏବଂ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ପ୍ରଯାସ କରେ।
KJV : For he stretcheth out his hand against God, and strengtheneth himself against the Almighty.
YLT : For he stretched out against God his hand, And against the Mighty he maketh himself mighty.

KJV : For the congregation of hypocrites [shall be] desolate, and fire shall consume the tabernacles of bribery.
