જે વ્યક્તિ પોતાના અંત:કરણમાં યહૂદિ હશે તે જ સાચો યહૂદિ ગણાશે. સાચી સુન્નત તો પવિત્ર આત્માથી કરાવાની હોય છે, લેખિત નિયમ વડે થતી સુન્નત સાચી નથી. અને જ્યારે આત્મા દ્વારા કોઈ વ્યક્તિના હૃદયની સુન્નત થાય છે, ત્યારે લોકો તેની પ્રશંસા કરતા નથી પરંતુ દેવ તરફથી તેમના પ્રશંસા કરતા નથી પરંતુ દેવ તરફથી તેમની પ્રશંસા પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે.
