ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਏਲੀਯਾਹ ਤਾਂ ਠੀਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਣ ਕੇ ਸੱਭੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਆਰੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੱਕੁਰ ਲਿੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁੱਖ ਝੱਲੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁੱਛ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ?

Jesus answered, "They are right to say that Elijah must come first. Elijah makes all things the way they should be. But why do the Scriptures say that the Son of Man will suffer much and that people will think he is worth nothing?
