ಯಾಜಕನು ಪಶುವಿನ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗಿನ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ತೊಳೆಯಬೇಕು. ಬಳಿಕ ಯಾಜಕನು ಪಶುವಿನ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಮಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಅಗ್ನಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದರ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
