ਓਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਜਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਭਿੱਟੜ ਨੂੰ ਵਹੁਟੀ ਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ, ਨਾ ਓਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਭਰਤੇ ਦੀ ਕੱਢੀ ਹੋਈ ਤੀਵੀਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹੁਣ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਓਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹਨ

They shall not take a wife [that is] a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he [is] holy unto his God.
