শিম্শোন বলল, “এই পলেষ্টীয়দের সঙ্গে আমার প্রাণ যাক্!” তারপর যত জোরে পারল থামদুটোকে ধাক্কা দিল| আর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে উপস্থিত শাসকদের ও লোকজনের ওপর মন্দিরটা ভেঙ্গে পড়ে গেল| এইভাবে শিম্শোন বেঁচে থাকা অবস্থায় যত পলেষ্টীয় হত্যা করেছিল, মরে গিয়ে তার চেয়ে ঢ়েব বেশী পলেষ্টীয় হত্যা করল|

And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with [all his] might; and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people that [were] therein. So the dead which he slew at his death were more than [they] which he slew in his life.
