ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେେ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ମନ୍ଦକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବେେ, ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ କି ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଏହା ଘଟୁଛି ବୋଲି ଦେଖି ପାରିବେ।
