"ବାବିଲ ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶର ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉପହାସ କରିବେ। ବିଦେଶୀ ଶାସକମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଇଁ ଉପହାସର ପାତ୍ର ହବେେ। ସମାନେେ ସୁଦୃଢ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ନଗରକୁ ଦେଖି ହସିବେ। ସମାନେେ ତ୍ରିଭୁଜାକାର ଚଟାଣ ତିଆରି କରିବେ ଏବଂ ସହେିସବୁ ନଗରକୁ କରାଯତ କରିବେ।
