ದೇವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ನಾನೇ, ನೀನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗು; ಜನಾಂಗವೂ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಗುಂಪೂ ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವವು; ಅರಸರು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟುವರು.
