ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ କ'ଣ ଏହା ଯେ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ବିରୋଧୀ ଅଟେ? ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭିତ ରେ ଜୀବନ ଭଳି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଯଦି ଦିଆଯାଇ ପାରିଥାଆନ୍ତା, ତବେେ ସହେି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଦ୍ବାରା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ଧାର୍ମିକ ହାଇେ ପାରିଥାଆନ୍ତୁ।

[Is] the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
