সৃষ্টির শুরু থেকে ঈশ্বরের এই নিগূঢ় পরিকল্পনা তাঁর মধ্যেই গুপ্ত ছিল৷ ঈশ্বর, স্বয়ং সমস্ত কিছুর সৃষ্টিকর্তা৷ ঈশ্বর চেয়েছিলেন য়েন স্বর্গীয়স্থানে সমস্ত আধিপত্য ও কর্তৃত্ত্বের কাছে নানাবিধ উপায়ে তাঁর প্রজ্ঞা প্রতিফলিত করেন এবং মণ্ডলীর মাধ্যমেই তারা এসব জানতে পায়৷
