ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಬಟ್ಟಲುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಲೋಟಗಳು ಬಂಗಾರದಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದವು. “ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ಅರಣ್ಯ” ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುವ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಪಟ ಚಿನ್ನದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅರಮನೆಯ ಯಾವ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನೂ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಜನರು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವೆಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸದಷ್ಟು ಬಂಗಾರವು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು!
