BNV : এরপর প্রভু আরও বাহাত্তরজন লোককে মনোনীত করলেন৷ তিনি নিজে য়ে সমস্ত নগরে ও য়ে সমস্ত জায়গায় যাবেন বলে ঠিক করেছিলেন, সেই সব জায়গায় তাঁদের দুজন দুজন করে পাঠিয়ে দিলেন৷
KJV : After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
YLT : And after these things, the Lord did appoint also other seventy, and sent them by twos before his face, to every city and place whither he himself was about to come,

BNV : তিনি তাঁদের বললেন, ‘শস্য প্রচুর হয়েছে, কিন্তু তা কাটার জন্য মজুরের সংখ্যা অল্প, তাই শস্যের যিনি মালিক তাঁর কাছে প্রার্থনা কর, য়েন তিনি তাঁর ফসল কাটার জন্য মজুর পাঠান৷
KJV : Therefore said he unto them, {SCJ}The harvest truly [is] great, but the labourers [are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. {SCJ.}
YLT : then said he unto them, `The harvest indeed [is] abundant, but the workmen few; beseech ye then the Lord of the harvest, that He may put forth workmen to His harvest.
RV : And he said unto them, The harvest is plenteous, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he send forth labourers into his harvest.
RSV : And he said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.
ASV : And he said unto them, The harvest indeed is plenteous, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he send forth laborers into his harvest.
ESV : And he said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.
ERVEN : He said to them, "There is such a big harvest of people to bring in. But there are only a few workers to help harvest them. God owns the harvest. Ask him to send more workers to help bring in his harvest.

BNV : যাও! আর মনে রেখো, নেকড়ে বাঘের মধ্যে ভেড়ার মতোই আমি তোমাদের পাঠাচ্ছি৷
KJV : {SCJ}Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. {SCJ.}
YLT : `Go away; lo, I send you forth as lambs in the midst of wolves;
RV : Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs in the midst of wolves.

BNV : তোমরা টাকার বটুযা, থলি বা জুতো সঙ্গে নিও না এবং পথের মধ্যে কাউকে শুভেচ্ছা জানিও না৷
KJV : {SCJ}Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way. {SCJ.}
YLT : carry no bag, no scrip, nor sandals; and salute no one on the way;
RV : Carry no purse, no wallet, no shoes: and salute no man on the way.
RSV : Carry no purse, no bag, no sandals; and salute no one on the road.

BNV : য়ে বাড়িতে তোমরা প্রবেশ করবে সেখানে প্রথমে বলবে, ‘এই গৃহে শান্তি হোক!’
KJV : {SCJ}And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace [be] to this house. {SCJ.}
YLT : and into whatever house ye do enter, first say, Peace to this house;
RV : And into whatsoever house ye shall enter, first say, Peace {cf15i be} to this house.

BNV : সেখানে যদি শান্তির পাত্র কেউ থাকে, তবে তোমাদের শান্তি তার সহবর্তী হবে৷ কিন্তু যদি সেরকম কেউ না থাকে, তাহলে তোমাদের শান্তি তোমাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে৷
KJV : {SCJ}And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again. {SCJ.}
YLT : and if indeed there may be there the son of peace, rest on it shall your peace; and if not so, upon you it shall turn back.
RV : And if a son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon him: but if not, it shall turn to you again.

BNV : য়ে বাড়িতে যাবে সেখানেই থেকো, আর তারা যা খেতে দেয় তাই খেও, কারণ য়ে কাজ করে সে বেতন পাবার য়োগ্য৷ এ বাড়ি সে বাড়ি করে ঘুরে বেড়িও না৷
KJV : {SCJ}And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. {SCJ.}
YLT : `And in that house remain, eating and drinking the things they have, for worthy [is] the workman of his hire; go not from house to house,

BNV : তোমরা যখন কোন নগরে প্রবেশ করবে তখন সেই নগরের লোকেরা যদি তোমাদের স্বাগত জানায়, তবে সেখানকার লোকেরা তোমাদের সামনে যা কিছু ধরে, তা খেও৷

BNV : সেই নগরের রোগীদের সুস্থ কোর ও সেখানকার লোকদের বোল, ‘ঈশ্বরের রাজ্য তোমাদের কাছে এসে পড়েছে৷’
KJV : {SCJ}And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. {SCJ.}
YLT : and heal the ailing in it, and say to them, The reign of God hath come nigh to you.

BNV : তোমরা কোন নগরে প্রবেশ করলে যদি সেই নগরের লোকেরা তোমাদের স্বাগত না জানায়, তবে সেখানকার রাস্তায় বেরিয়ে এসে তোমরা বোল,
KJV : {SCJ}But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say, {SCJ.}

BNV : ‘এমনকি তোমাদের নগরের য়ে ধূলো আমাদের পায়ে লেগেছে তা আমরা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে ঝেড়ে ফেললাম; তবে একথা জেনে রেখো য়ে ঈশ্বরের রাজ্য তোমাদের কাছে এসে গেছে৷’
KJV : {SCJ}Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. {SCJ.}
YLT : And the dust that hath cleaved to us, from your city, we do wipe off against you, but this know ye, that the reign of God hath come nigh to you;

BNV : আমি তোমাদের বলছি, সেই দিন এই নগরের থেকে সদোমের লোকদের অবস্থা অনেক বেশী সহনীয় হবে৷’
KJV : {SCJ}But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city. {SCJ.}
YLT : and I say to you, that for Sodom in that day it shall be more tolerable than for that city.
RV : I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.

BNV : ‘কোরাসীন ধিক্ তোমাকে! বৈত্‌সৈদা ধিক্ তোমাকে! তোমাদের মধ্যে য়ে সব অলৌকিক কাজ করা হয়েছে তা যদি সোর ও সীদোনে করা হত, তবে সেখানকার লোকেরা অনেক আগেই চটের বস্ত্র পরে মাথায় ভস্ম ছিটিয়ে অনুতাপ করতে বসত৷
KJV : {SCJ}Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. {SCJ.}
YLT : `Wo to thee, Chorazin; wo to thee, Bethsaida; for if in Tyre and Sidon had been done the mighty works that were done in you, long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes, they had reformed;

ERVEN : "It will be bad for you, Chorazin! It will be bad for you, Bethsaida! I did many miracles in you. If those same miracles had happened in Tyre and Sidon, then the people in those cities would have changed their lives and stopped sinning a long time ago. They would have worn sackcloth and sat in ashes to show that they were sorry for their sins.

BNV : যাইহোক, বিচারের দিনে সোর সীদোনের অবস্থা বরং তোমাদের চেয়ে অনেক সহনীয় হবে৷
KJV : {SCJ}But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you. {SCJ.}
YLT : but for Tyre and Sidon it shall be more tolerable in the judgment than for you.

BNV : তুমি কফরনাহূম! তুমি কি স্বর্গ পর্যন্ত উন্নীত হবে? না! তোমাকে নরক পর্যন্ত নামানো যাবে!
KJV : {SCJ}And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. {SCJ.}
YLT : `And thou, Capernaum, which unto the heaven wast exalted, unto hades thou shalt be brought down.
RV : And thou, Capernaum, shalt thou be exalted unto heaven? thou shalt be brought down unto Hades.

BNV : ‘যাঁরা তোমাদের কথা শোনে, তারা আমারই কথা শোনে; আর যাঁরা তোমাদের অগ্রাহ্য় করে, তারা আমাকেই অগ্রাহ্য় করে৷ যাঁরা আমাকে অগ্রাহ্য় করে, তারা যিনি আমাকে পাঠিয়েছেন তাঁকেই অগ্রাহ্য করে৷’
KJV : {SCJ}He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me. {SCJ.}
YLT : `He who is hearing you, doth hear me; and he who is putting you away, doth put me away; and he who is putting me away, doth put away Him who sent me.`

ERVEN : "When anyone listens to you my followers, they are really listening to me. But when anyone refuses to accept you, they are really refusing to accept me. And when anyone refuses to accept me, they are refusing to accept the one who sent me."

BNV : এরপর সেই বাহাত্তরজন আনন্দের সঙ্গে ফিরে এসে বললেন, ‘প্রভু, আপনার নামে এমন কি ভূতরাও আমাদের বশ্যতা স্বীকার করে!’
KJV : And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
YLT : And the seventy turned back with joy, saying, `Sir, and the demons are being subjected to us in thy name;`
RV : And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us in thy name.
RSV : The seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!"

ERVEN : When the 72 followers came back from their trip, they were very happy. They said, "Lord, even the demons obeyed us when we used your name!"

BNV : তখন যীশু তাঁদের বললেন, ‘আমি শয়তানকে বিদ্য়ুত্ ঝলকের মতো আকাশ থেকে পড়তে দেখলাম৷
KJV : And he said unto them, {SCJ}I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. {SCJ.}
YLT : and he said to them, `I was beholding the Adversary, as lightning from the heaven having fallen;
RV : And he said unto them, I beheld Satan fallen as lightning from heaven.
RSV : And he said to them, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

BNV : শোন! সাপ ও বিছেকে পায়ে দলবার ক্ষমতা আমি তোমাদের দিয়েছি; আর তোমাদের শত্রুর সমস্ত শক্তির ওপরে ক্ষমতাও আমি তোমাদের দিয়েছি; কোন কিছুই তোমাদের ক্ষতি করতে পারবে না৷
KJV : {SCJ}Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. {SCJ.}
YLT : lo, I give to you the authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and on all the power of the enemy, and nothing by any means shall hurt you;
RV : Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you.

BNV : তবু আত্মারা য়ে তোমাদের বশীভূত হয়, এ জেনে আনন্দ কোর না; কিন্তু স্বর্গে তোমাদের নাম লেখা হয়েছে বলে আনন্দ কর৷’
KJV : {SCJ}Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. {SCJ.}
YLT : but, in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subjected to you, but rejoice rather that your names were written in the heavens.`

BNV : ঠিক সেই মুহূর্তে পবিত্র আত্মার আনন্দে পূর্ণ হয়ে যীশু বললেন, ‘পিতা, আমি তোমার প্রশংসা করি, কারণ স্বর্গ ও পৃথিবীর প্রভু, তুমি এসব বিষয় জ্ঞানীগুণী ও বুদ্ধিমান লোকদের কাছে গোপন রেখে শিশুদের কাছে প্রকাশ করেছ৷ হ্যাঁ, পিতা, এতেই তোমার আনন্দ৷
KJV : In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, {SCJ}I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. {SCJ.}
YLT : In that hour was Jesus glad in the Spirit, and said, `I do confess to thee, Father, Lord of the heaven and of the earth, that Thou didst hide these things from wise men and understanding, and didst reveal them to babes; yes, Father, because so it became good pleasure before Thee.

ERVEN : Then the Holy Spirit made Jesus feel very happy. Jesus said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth. I am thankful that you have hidden these things from those who are so wise and so smart. But you have shown them to people who are like little children. Yes, Father, you did this because it's what you really wanted to do.

BNV : ‘আমার পিতা আমায় সবই দিয়েছেন৷ পিতা ছাড়া আর কেউ জানে না পুত্র কে, আমার পুত্র ছাড়া আর কেউ জানে না পিতা কে৷ এছাড়া পুত্র যার কাছে পিতাকে প্রকাশ করতে ইচ্ছা করেন, কেবল সে-ই জানে৷’
KJV : {SCJ}All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and [he] to whom the Son will reveal [him.] {SCJ.}
YLT : `All things were delivered up to me by my Father, and no one doth know who the Son is, except the Father, and who the Father is, except the Son, and he to whom the Son may wish to reveal [Him].`

ERVEN : "My Father has given me all things. No one knows who the Son is—only the Father knows. And only the Son knows who the Father is. The only people who will know about the Father are those the Son chooses to tell."
