BNV : দর্শন উপত্যকাসম্বন্ধে দুঃখের বার্তা:হে লোকরা, তোমাদের কি হয়েছে? তোমার লোকরা কেন ছাদে লুকিয়ে থাকছে?
KJV : The burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee now, that thou art wholly gone up to the housetops?

ERVEN : This is a message about the Valley of Vision: Jerusalem, what is wrong? Why has everyone gone up to hide in their upper rooms?

BNV : অতীতে এই শহরটা খুব ব্যস্ত শহর ছিল| এই শহর ছিল শব্দমুখর এবং সুখী| কিন্তু এখন সব কিছুর পরিবর্তন হয়েছে| তোমার লোকরা তরবারির আঘাত ছাড়াই নিহত হচ্ছে| যুদ্ধ না করেও মারা পড়েছে|
KJV : Thou that art full of stirs, a tumultuous city, a joyous city: thy slain [men are] not slain with the sword, nor dead in battle.
YLT : Full of stirs -- a noisy city -- an exulting city, Thy pierced are not pierced of the sword, Nor dead in battle.
RV : O thou that art full of shoutings, a tumultuous city, a joyous town; thy slain are not slain with the sword, neither are they dead in battle.

ERVEN : This city was so happy, but now there is a terrible uproar. There are bodies lying everywhere, but they were not killed with swords. The people died, but not while fighting.

BNV : তোমাদের সব নেতারা এক সঙ্গে পালিয়ে গেল| কিন্তু সকলেই আবার বন্দী হয়েছে| নেতারা বন্দী হয়েছে ধনুক ছাড়াই|
KJV : All thy rulers are fled together, they are bound by the archers: all that are found in thee are bound together, [which] have fled from far.
YLT : All thy rulers fled together from the bow, Bound have been all found of thee, They have been kept bound together, Afar off they have fled.

BNV : তাই আমি বলছি, “আমার দিকে তাকিও না| আমাকে কাঁদতে দাও| জেরুশালেম ধ্বংসের কারণে আমার এই কান্না| আমাকে সান্ত্বনা দিতে তোমাদের ছুটে আসতে হবে না|”
KJV : Therefore said I, Look away from me; I will weep bitterly, labour not to comfort me, because of the spoiling of the daughter of my people.
YLT : Therefore I said, `Look ye from me, I am bitter in my weeping, Haste not to comfort me, For the destruction of the daughter of my people.`
RV : Therefore said I, Look away from me, I will weep bitterly; labour not to comfort me, for the spoiling of the daughter of my people.

BNV : প্রভু একটা দিন বেছে রেখেছেন| ঐ দিনে জাতিদাঙ্গা হবে এবং বিভ্রান্তি ছড়িয়ে পড়বে| লোকেরা দর্শন উপত্যকায় একে অপরকে পদদলিত করবে| শহরের দেওয়াল ভেঙ্গে ফেলা হবে| উপত্যকার লোকরা পার্বত্য শহরে থাকা লোকদের উদ্দেশ্যে সাহায্যের জন্য চিত্কার করবে|
KJV : For [it is] a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord GOD of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.
YLT : For a day of noise, and of treading down, And of perplexity, [is] to the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts, In the valley of vision, digging down a wall, And crying unto the mountain.
RV : For it is a day of discomfiture, and of treading down, and of perplexity, from the Lord, the LORD of hosts, in the valley of vision; a breaking down of the walls, and a crying to the mountains.
RSV : For the Lord GOD of hosts has a day of tumult and trampling and confusion in the valley of vision, a battering down of walls and a shouting to the mountains.

ERVEN : The Lord chose a special day for there to be riots and confusion. People trampled on each other in the Valley of Vision. The city walls were pulled down. People in the valley shouted up at those on the mountain.

BNV : সৈন্যরা তোমার বিশেষ উপত্যকায় জমায়েত হবে| উপত্যকাটি রথ দিয়ে ভরে যাবে| শহরের প্রবেশপথে অশ্বারোহী সৈন্যরা নিজেদের মোতাযেন রাখবে|
KJV : And it shall come to pass, [that] thy choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.

BNV : দাযূদের শহরের প্রাচীরে ফাটল ধরবে এবং তুমি ঐ ফাটলগুলি দেখতে পাবে| তাই তুমি বাড়িঘরগুলি গুনবে এবং ঐ বাড়িগুলির পাথর ব্যবহার করে প্রাচীরের ফাটলে লাগাবে| তুমি জল ধরে রাখার জন্য দুটি প্রাচীরের মাঝখানে একটা জায়গা তৈরি করবে এবং তুমি জল ধরে রাখতে পারবে|তোমরা ঐসব নিজেদের রক্ষা করার জন্য করবে| কিন্তু যে ঈশ্বর সব কিছু সৃষ্টি করেছেন তোমরা সেই ঈশ্বরকে বিশ্বাস করবে না| অনেক দিন আগে যিনি আমাদের জন্য এই সব কিছু করেছেন সেই এক জনকে (ঈশ্বর) তোমরা দেখবে না|

You counted the houses and used stones from them to repair the walls. Then you built a pool between the double walls for storing water from the Old Pool. You did all this to protect yourselves, but you did not trust in the God who made all these things. You did not even notice the one who made all these things so long ago.

BNV : তাই, আমার সদাপ্রভু, সর্বশক্তিমান, লোকদের তাদের মৃত বন্ধুদের জন্য কাঁদতে এবং শোকপ্রকাশ করতে বলবেন| লোকরা তাদের দাড়ি কামিয়ে ফেলবে এবং দুঃখের পোশাক পরবে|
KJV : And in that day did the Lord GOD of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

BNV : কিন্তু দেখ, লোকরা এখন সুখী| তারা আনন্দ করছে| বলছে:গবাদি পশু ও মেষদের মার| আমরা উত্সব করব| তোমরা খাদ্য খাও ও দ্রাক্ষারস পান কর| খাও এবং পান কর কারণ আমরা তো আগামী কাল মরব|
KJV : And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.
YLT : And lo, joy and gladness, slaying of oxen, And slaughtering of sheep, Eating of flesh, and drinking of wine, Eat and drink, for to-morrow we die.

ERVEN : But look, everyone was happy. The people rejoiced, saying, "Kill the cattle and sheep and let's celebrate. Let's eat meat and drink wine. Eat and drink, for tomorrow we die."

BNV : প্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান এগুলি আমাকে বললেন এবং আমি তা নিজের কানে শুনলাম: “তোমরা খারাপ কাজ করেছ তাই দোষী সাব্যস্ত হয়েছ এবং আমি প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি এই পাপ ক্ষমা করার আগেই তোমরা মারা যাবে|” আমার সদাপ্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান এই কথাগুলি বললেন|
KJV : And it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD of hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.
YLT : And revealed it hath been in mine ears, [By] Jehovah of Hosts: Not pardoned is this iniquity to you, Till ye die, said the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts.

ERVEN : The Lord All-Powerful said this to me and I heard it with my own ears: "You are guilty of doing wrong, and I promise that you will die before this guilt is forgiven." The Lord God All-Powerful said these things.

BNV : আমার সদাপ্রভু, সর্বশক্তিমান আমাকে এই কথাগুলি বলেছিলেন, “শিব্নে নামক এই ভৃত্যের কাছে যাও| ঐ ভৃত্য হল রাজপ্রাসাদের অধ্যক্ষ|
KJV : Thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, [even] unto Shebna, which [is] over the house, [and say, ]
YLT : Thus said the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts: `Go, enter in unto this steward, Unto Shebna, who [is] over the house:

BNV : ভৃত্যটিকে জিজ্ঞাসা কর ‘এখানে কি করছ? তোমার পরিবারের কেউ কি এখানে সমাহিত হয়েছে? কেন তুমি এখানে কবর খুঁড়ছো?”‘যিশাইয় বললেন, “এই লোকটার দিকে দেখ| সে একটি উঁচু জায়গায় কবর খুঁড়ছে| এই লোকটি পাথর কেটে কেটে নিজের কবর তৈরি করছে|
KJV : What hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, [as] he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, [and] that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?
YLT : What -- to thee here? And who -- to thee here? That thou hast hewn out to thee here -- a sepulchre? Hewing on high his sepulchre, Graving in a rock a dwelling for himself.
RV : What doest thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out here a sepulchre? hewing him out a sepulchre on high, graving an habitation for himself in the rock!
RSV : What have you to do here and whom have you here, that you have hewn here a tomb for yourself, you who hew a tomb on the height, and carve a habitation for yourself in the rock?
ASV : What doest thou here? and whom has thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out here a sepulchre? hewing him out a sepulchre on high, graving a habitation for himself in the rock!
ESV : What have you to do here, and whom have you here, that you have cut out here a tomb for yourself, you who cut out a tomb on the height and carve a dwelling for yourself in the rock?
ERVEN : Ask him, 'What are you doing here? None of your relatives are buried here are they? Then what right do you have to prepare a tomb for yourself in this high place? Why are you cutting a tomb out of this rock?'

BNV : “হে মানুষ, প্রভু তোমায় পিষে মারবেন| প্রভু তোমাকে একটা ছোট গোলায পরিণত করবেন এবং দূরের একটি বিশাল দেশে তোমাকে ছুঁড়ে ফেলবেন এবং সেখানে তুমি মারা যাবে|”প্রভু বললেন, “তুমি তোমার যুদ্ধরথের জন্য খুবই গর্বিত| কিন্তু ঐ দূরবর্তী দেশে নতুন শাসকের কাছে তোমার থেকেও ভাল যুদ্ধরথ থাকবে| তাই তোমার রথ ঐ রাজপ্রাসাদে তেমন গুরুত্ব পাবে না|
KJV : Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.
YLT : Lo, Jehovah is casting thee up and down, A casting up and down, O mighty one,
RV : Behold, the LORD will hurl thee away violently as a {cf15i strong} man; yea, he will wrap thee up closely.
RSV : Behold, the LORD will hurl you away violently, O you strong man. He will seize firm hold on you,

ERVEN : "What a big man you are! But the Lord will crush you. He will roll you into a small ball and throw you far away into the open arms of another country, and there you will die." {The Lord said,} "You are very proud of your chariots. But in that faraway land, your new ruler will have better chariots. And your chariots will not look important in his palace.

KJV : He will surely violently turn and toss thee [like] a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory [shall be] the shame of thy lord’s house.
YLT : And thy coverer covering, wrapping round, Wrappeth thee round, O babbler, On a land broad of sides -- there thou diest, And there the chariots of thine honour [Are] the shame of the house of thy lord.
RV : He will surely turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country; there shalt thou die, and there shall be the chariots of thy glory, thou shame of thy lord-s house.
RSV : and whirl you round and round, and throw you like a ball into a wide land; there you shall die, and there shall be your splendid chariots, you shame of your master's house.
ASV : He will surely wind thee round and round, and toss thee like a ball into a large country; there shalt thou die, and there shall be the chariots of thy glory, thou shame of thy lords house.
ESV : and whirl you around and around, and throw you like a ball into a wide land. There you shall die, and there shall be your glorious chariots, you shame of your master's house.

BNV : এখানে আমি তোমার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজে বাধার সৃষ্টি করব| তোমার নতুন মনিব এতে বিরক্ত হয়ে তোমায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ থেকে সরিয়ে দেবেন|
KJV : And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down.
YLT : And I have thrust thee from thy station, And from thine office he throweth thee down.
RV : And I will thrust thee from thine office, and from thy station shall he pull thee down.
RSV : I will thrust you from your office, and you will be cast down from your station.
ASV : And I will thrust thee from thine office; and from thy station shalt thou be pulled down.

ERVEN : I will force you out of your position here. Your new leader will take you away from your important job.

KJV : And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah:
YLT : And it hath come to pass, in that day, That I have called to my servant, To Eliakim son of Hilkiah.

BNV : আর আমি তোমার আলখাল্লাটা নেব এবং ঐ দাসকে তা পরতে দেব| তোমার শাসনদণ্ডটি আমি তার হাতে তুলে দেব এবং সে জেরুশালেম ও যিহূদায় বসবাসকারী লোকদের পিতার মত হবে|
KJV : And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.
YLT : And I have clothed him with thy coat, And with thy girdle I strengthen him, And thy garment I give into his hand, And he hath been for a father to the inhabitant of Jerusalem, And to the house of Judah.
RV : and I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

ERVEN : I will take your robe and put it on him. I will give him your scepter. I will give him the important job you have, and he will be like a father to the people of Jerusalem and Judah's family.

BNV : “আমি দাযূদের বাড়ির চাবি ঐ মানুষটার গলায় ঝুলিয়ে দেব| যদি সে একটা দরজা খোলে, তাহলে সে দরজা খোলাই থাকবে| কেউই তা বন্ধ করতে সক্ষম হবে না| যদি সে একটা দরজা বন্ধ করে তাহলে ঐ দরজা বন্ধই থাকবে| কেউই তা খুলতে পারবে না|
KJV : And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

KJV : And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father’s house.
YLT : And I have fixed him a nail in a stedfast place, And he hath been for a throne of honour To the house of his father.

BNV : তার পৈতৃক বাড়িতে যত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও সম্মানজনক বস্তু আছে তার গায়ে ঝুলিয়ে দেওয়া হবে| বড়রা এবং ছোট ছোট ছেলেমেয়েরা তার ওপর নির্ভর করবে| ঐসব লোক ছোট্ট থালা এবং বড় জলের বোতলের মত তার গায়ে ঝুলে থাকবে|
KJV : And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father’s house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons.

BNV : “সেই সময়, পেরেকটি (শিব্নে) যেটা এখন একটা খুব শক্ত বোর্ডের ওপর হাতুড়ি দিয়ে ঢোকানো হয়েছে, তা দুর্বল হয়ে যাবে এবং পড়ে যাবে| ঐ পেরেকটি মাটিতে পড়বে এবং ওর সঙ্গে ঝোলানো সমস্ত বস্তু আছড়ে পড়ে ধ্বংস হবে| এই হল তার (জেরুশালেম) সম্বন্ধে বার্তা, কারণ প্রভু এ কথা বলেছেন|
KJV : In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that [was] upon it shall be cut off: for the LORD hath spoken [it.]

ERVEN : The Lord All-Powerful said, "At that time the peg that is now in the solid board will get weak and break. It will fall to the ground, and everything hanging on it will be destroyed. Then everything I said in this message will happen. It will happen because the Lord said it would."
