BNV : নির্বাসনের দশম বছরের দশম মাসের (জানুযারী) দ্বাদশ দিনে প্রভুর, আমার সদাপ্রভুর এই বাক্য আমার কাছে এল| তিনি বললেন,
KJV : In the tenth year, in the tenth [month,] in the twelfth [day] of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

ERVEN : On the twelfth day of the tenth month of the tenth year of exile, the word of the Lord God came to me. He said,

BNV : “মনুষ্যসন্তান, মিশরের রাজা ফরৌণের দিকে তাকিযে তার বিরুদ্ধে ও মিশরের বিরুদ্ধে আমার হয়ে এই কথা বল|
KJV : Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:
YLT : `Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy concerning him, and concerning Egypt -- all of it.

BNV : বল, ‘প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন:“‘মিশরের রাজা ফরৌণ, আমি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে| তুমি নীলনদের মাঝখানে শুয়ে থাকা সেই সামুদ্রিক দানব| তুমি বলে থাক, “এটা আমার নদী! আমিই এর সৃষ্টিকর্তা!”
KJV : Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I [am] against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river [is] mine own, and I have made [it] for myself.
YLT : Speak, and thou hast said: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I [am] against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt! The great dragon that is crouching in the midst of his floods, Who hath said, My flood [is] my own, And I -- I have made it [for] myself.
RV : speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
RSV : speak, and say, Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lies in the midst of his streams, that says, `My Nile is my own; I made it.'
ASV : speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lieth in the midst of his rivers, that hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
ESV : speak, and say, Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lies in the midst of his streams, that says, 'My Nile is my own; I made it for myself.'
ERVEN : Say, 'This is what the Lord God says: "'I am against you, Pharaoh, king of Egypt. You are the great monster lying beside the Nile River. You say, "This is my river! I made this river!"

BNV : কিন্তু আমি তোমার চোযালে বঁড়শি দিয়ে বিঁধিযে দেব| নীলনদের মাছরা তোমার অাঁশে ধরা পড়বে|
KJV : But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.
YLT : And I have put hooks in thy jaws, And I have caused the fish of thy floods to cleave to thy scales, And I have caused thee to come up from the midst of thy floods, And every fish of thy floods to thy scales doth cleave.
RV : And I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales; and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, with all the fish of thy rivers which stick unto thy scales.
RSV : I will put hooks in your jaws, and make the fish of your streams stick to your scales; and I will draw you up out of the midst of your streams, with all the fish of your streams which stick to your scales.
ASV : And I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales; and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, with all the fish of thy rivers which stick unto thy scales.
ESV : I will put hooks in your jaws, and make the fish of your streams stick to your scales; and I will draw you up out of the midst of your streams, with all the fish of your streams that stick to your scales.
ERVEN : "'But I will put hooks in your jaws. The fish in the Nile River will stick to your scales. I will pull you and your fish up out of your rivers and onto the dry land. You will fall on the ground, and no one will pick you up or bury you. I will give you to the wild animals and birds. You will be their food.

BNV : “‘আমি তোমাকে মাছশুদ্ধ নদী থেকে ডাঙ্গায তুলে আনব| আমি তোমাকে সবেগে নির্জন প্রান্তরে ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দেব| তুমি মাটিতে পড়ে থাকবে, কেউ তোমায় তুলে কবর দেবে না| আমি তোমাকে খাদ্যস্বরূপ বন্য পশু ও পাখিদের কাছে দেব|
KJV : And I will leave thee [thrown] into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.
YLT : And I have left thee in the wilderness, Thou and every fish of thy floods, On the face of the field thou dost fall, Thou art not gathered nor assembled, To the beast of the earth and to the fowl of the heavens I have given thee for food.
RV : And I will leave thee {cf15i thrown} into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open field; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the earth and to the fowls of the heaven,
RSV : And I will cast you forth into the wilderness, you and all the fish of your streams; you shall fall upon the open field, and not be gathered and buried. To the beasts of the earth and to the birds of the air I have given you as food.
ASV : And I will cast thee forth into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open field; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered; I have given thee for food to the beasts of the earth and to the birds of the heavens.
ESV : And I will cast you out into the wilderness, you and all the fish of your streams; you shall fall on the open field, and not be brought together or gathered. To the beasts of the earth and to the birds of the heavens I give you as food.

BNV : তখন মিশরে বসবাসকারী সবাই জানবে যে আমিই প্রভু| “‘আমি কেন এসব করব? কারণ ইস্রায়েলের লোকরা সাহায্যের জন্য মিশরের ওপর নির্ভর করেছিল| কিন্তু মিশর হচ্ছে একটি পাতলা খাগের লাঠির মত|
KJV : And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I [am] the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
YLT : And known have all inhabitants of Egypt That I [am] Jehovah, Because of their being a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
RV : And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
RSV : "Then all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD. Because you have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel;
ASV : And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am Jehovah, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
ESV : Then all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD. "Because you have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel;
ERVEN : Then all the people living in Egypt will know that I am the Lord! "'Why will I do these things? Because the people of Israel leaned on Egypt for support, but Egypt was only a weak blade of grass.

BNV : যখন ইস্রায়েল তোমার সঙ্গে লেগে রইল, তখন তুমি ভেঙ্গে পড়লে এবং সে তোমার ঘাড় মটকে দিল| যখন ইস্রায়েল তোমার ওপর হেলান দিল, তুমি ভেঙ্গে পড়লে আর ওদের ফেলে দিলে| কিন্তু মিশর কেবল তাদের হাত ও কাঁধ বিদ্ধ করেছে| তারা সাহায্যের জন্য তোমার ওপর ভার দিয়েছিল, কিন্তু তুমি তার কাঁধ মুচড়ে ভেঙ্গে দিয়েছ|”‘
KJV : When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
YLT : In their taking hold of thee by thy hand, -- thou art crushed, And hast rent to them all the shoulder, And in their leaning on thee thou art broken, And hast caused all their thighs to stand.
RV : When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and didst rend all their shoulders: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
RSV : when they grasped you with the hand, you broke, and tore all their shoulders; and when they leaned upon you, you broke, and made all their loins to shake;

ESV : when they grasped you with the hand, you broke and tore all their shoulders; and when they leaned on you, you broke and made all their loins to shake.
ERVEN : The people of Israel leaned on Egypt for support, but Egypt only pierced their hands and shoulder. They leaned on you for support, but you broke and twisted their back.'"

BNV : তাই প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন: “আমি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে তরবারি আনব, এবং তোমার সমস্ত লোকজন ও পশুপাখি ধ্বংস করব|
KJV : Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.
YLT : Therefore, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am bringing in against thee a sword, And have cut off from thee man and beast.
RV : Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and will cut off from thee man and beast.
RSV : therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will bring a sword upon you, and will cut off from you man and beast;

ERVEN : So this is what the Lord God says: "I will bring a sword against you. I will destroy all your people and animals.

BNV : মিশর শূন্য ও ধ্বংস হবে, তখন তারা জানবে আমিই প্রভু|”ঈশ্বর বললেন, “কেন আমি এসব কাজ করব? কারণ তুমি বলেছ, ‘এই নদী আমার, আমিই এর নির্মাতা|’
KJV : And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD: because he hath said, The river [is] mine, and I have made [it. ]
YLT : And the land of Egypt hath been for a desolation and a waste, And they have known that I [am] Jehovah. Because he said: The flood [is] mine, and I made [it].
RV : And the land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.
RSV : and the land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste. Then they will know that I am the LORD. "Because you said, `The Nile is mine, and I made it,'

ERVEN : Egypt will be empty and destroyed. Then they will know that I am the Lord." God said, "Why will I do these things? Because you said, 'This is my river. I made this river.'

BNV : তাই আমি (ঈশ্বর) তোমার বিরুদ্ধে| আমি তোমার নীলনদের বহু শাখা-প্রশাখাগুলিরও বিরুদ্ধে| আমি মিশরকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে ধ্বংস করব| মিগ্দোল থেকে আসওযান পর্য়ন্ত এমনকি কূশ দেশের সীমানা পর্য়ন্ত শহরগুলি শূন্য হবে|
KJV : Behold, therefore I [am] against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste [and] desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.
YLT : Therefore, lo, I [am] against thee, and against thy floods, And have given the land of Egypt for wastes, A waste, a desolation, from Migdol to Syene, And unto the border of Cush.
RV : therefore behold, I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from the tower of Seveneh even unto the border of Ethiopia.
RSV : therefore, behold, I am against you, and against your streams, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from Migdol to Syene, as far as the border of Ethiopia.

ERVEN : So I am against you. I am against the many branches of your Nile River. I will destroy Egypt completely. The cities will be empty from Migdol to Aswan and as far as the border of Ethiopia.

BNV : কোন লোক এমনকি পশুও মিশরের মধ্যে দিয়ে যাতায়াত করবে না| 40 বছর ধরে কেউ তার মধ্যে দিয়ে যাবেও না, বসবাসও করবে না| 40 বছর ধরে শহরগুলি ধ্বংসস্তুপ হয়ে পড়ে থাকবে
KJV : No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
YLT : Not pass over into it doth a foot of man, Yea, the foot of beast doth not pass into it, Nor is it inhabited forty years.

BNV : আমি মিশর ধ্বংস করব| শহরগুলো 40 বছর ধরে ধ্বংসের মধ্যে পড়ে থাকবে| আমি জাতিগণের মধ্যে মিশরীয়দের ছড়িয়ে দেব, বিদেশে তাদের আগন্তুকের মত করব|”
KJV : And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries [that are] desolate, and her cities among the cities [that are] laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
YLT : And I have made the land of Egypt a desolation, In the midst of desolate lands, And its cities, in the midst of waste cities, Are a desolation forty years, And I have scattered the Egyptians among nations, And I have dispersed them through lands.
RV : And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be a desolation forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

ERVEN : I will destroy Egypt. The cities will be in ruins for 40 years! I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations. I will make them strangers in foreign lands."

BNV : প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, “আমি মিশরের লোকদের বহু জাতির মধ্যে ছিন্ন ভিন্ন করব| কিন্তু 40 বছর পর আমি ঐ লোকদের আবার সংগ্রহ করব|
KJV : Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:

ERVEN : This is what the Lord God says: "I will scatter the people of Egypt among many nations. But at the end of 40 years, I will gather those people together again.

BNV : আমি মিশরীয়দের বন্দী দশা ফেরাব, তাদের জন্মভূমি পথ্রোষে ফিরিয়ে আনব কিন্তু তাদের রাজ্যও তার গুরুত্ব হারাবে|
KJV : And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return [into] the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.
YLT : And I have turned back [to] the captivity of Egypt, And I have brought them back [To] the land of Pathros, to the land of their birth, And they have been there a low kingdom.
RV : and I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their birth; and they shall be there a base kingdom.
RSV : and I will restore the fortunes of Egypt, and bring them back to the land of Pathros, the land of their origin; and there they shall be a lowly kingdom.

ERVEN : I will bring back the Egyptian captives. I will bring back the Egyptians to the land of Pathros, to the land where they were born. But their kingdom will not be important.

BNV : অন্যান্য রাজ্যের থেকে সেই রাজ্য সব চেয়ে কম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হবে| সেটা আর কখনও অন্যান্য জাতির উপরে নিজেকে উন্নত করবে না| আমি তাদের এমন ন্য়ূন করব যে তারা আর জাতিগণের উপরে কর্তৃত্ব করবে না|
KJV : It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
YLT : Of the kingdoms it is lowest, And it lifteth not up itself any more above the nations, And I have made them few, So as not to rule among nations.

BNV : ইস্রায়েল পরিবার আর কখনও মিশরের উপরে নির্ভর করবে না| ইস্রায়েলীয়রা তাদের পাপ স্মরণ করবে- তারা স্মরণ করবে যে তারা মিশরের দিকে সাহায্যের জন্য ফিরেছিল (ঈশ্বরের দিকে নয়)| আর তারা জানবে যে আমিই প্রভু এবং সদাপ্রভু|”
KJV : And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth [their] iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I [am] the Lord GOD.
YLT : And it is no more to the house of Israel for a confidence, Bringing iniquity to remembrance, By their turning after them, And they have known that I [am] the Lord Jehovah.`
RV : And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing iniquity to remembrance, when they turn to look after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
RSV : And it shall never again be the reliance of the house of Israel, recalling their iniquity, when they turn to them for aid. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD."

ESV : And it shall never again be the reliance of the house of Israel, recalling their iniquity, when they turn to them for aid. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD."
ERVEN : And the family of Israel will never again depend on Egypt. The Israelites will remember their sin—they will remember that they turned to Egypt for help and not to God, and they will know that I am the Lord God."

KJV : And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first [month,] in the first [day] of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
YLT : And it cometh to pass, in the twenty and seventh year, in the first [month], in the first of the month, hath a word of Jehovah been unto me, saying:
RV : And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first {cf15i month}, in the first {cf15i day} of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
RSV : In the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came to me:

ERVEN : On the first day of the first month in the twenty-seventh year of exile, the word of the Lord came to me. He said,

BNV : “মনুষ্যসন্তান, নবূখদ্রিত্‌সর বাবিলের রাজা সোরের বিরুদ্ধে প্রবলভাবে তার সৈন্যদের দিয়ে যুদ্ধ করিযেছিলেন| তারা প্রত্যেক সৈন্যের মাথা কামিয়েছিল| ভারী মাল বহন করা কালীন ঘর্ষন দ্বারা প্রত্যেক সৈন্য নগ্ন হয়েছিল| নবূখদ্রিত্‌সর ও তার সেনাদল সোরকে পরাজিত করতে কঠোর পরিশ্রম করেছিল কিন্তু তারা সেই সব কঠোর পরিশ্রম দ্বারা কিছুই লাভ করেনি|”
KJV : Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head [was] made bald, and every shoulder [was] peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:
YLT : `Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, Hath caused his force to serve a great service against Tyre, Every head [is] bald -- every shoulder peeled, And reward he had none, nor his force, out of Tyre, For the service that he served against it.
RV : Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyre: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, from Tyre, for the service that he had served against it:
