ನಾನಾ ದರೋ ಅವರು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥವಾದಾಗ, ಗೋಣೀ ತಟ್ಟು ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಪವಾಸದಿಂದ ಕುಂದಿಸಿದೆನು; ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಎದೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿತು.

But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing [was] sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.
