ଯୀଶୁ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶିଷ୍ଯମାନେ କଫର୍ନାହୂମକୁ ଗଲେ। କଫର୍ନାହୂମ ରେ କେତକେ ଲୋକ ପିତରଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆସିଲେ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମନ୍ଦିରର କର ଆଦାୟ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ସହେି ଲୋକ ଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ପଚାରିଲେ, "ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୁରୁ ମନ୍ଦିରର 'ଦୁଇ-ଡ୍ରକ୍ମା' କର ଦିଅନ୍ତି କି?"

And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute [money] came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute?
