যদি তোমরা এর অবাধ্য হও এবং আমাকে সম্মান করার এই রয়োজনীয় ব্যাপারটিকে যদি গুরুত্ব না দাও তবে আমি তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে অভিশাপ পাঠাব, সর্বশক্তিমান প্রভু এই কথা বলেন| তোমরা আশীর্বাদ দিলে আমি তা অভিশাপে পরিণত করব, আর আমি তাদের অভিশাপ দিয়েছি কারণ তোমরা এই বিষযটার ওপর গুরুত্ব দাও না|”

If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay [it] to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay [it] to heart.
