ଲୋକମାନେ ସଠାେରେ ଠିଆ ହାଇେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ଯ କରୁଥିଲେ। ଯିହୂଦୀ ନେତାମାନେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଉପହାସ କରୁଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ କହୁଥିଲେ, "ଯଦି ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ମନୋନୀତ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ, ତବେେ ନିଜକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତୁ। ସେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ। ନୁହେଁ କି?"

And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided [him,] saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.
