ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, " ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ଲୋକମାନେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ରହିଅଛୁ।" " ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କରିଅଛୁ। ସହେି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ସଂହାର କରିବା। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ସଂହାର କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ତଥାପି ଆମ୍ଭେ ବିବଚେନା ପୂର୍ବକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବୋ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ରୂପେ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳିତ ଓ ଅନୁଶାସିତ କରିବା।"

For I [am] with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
