ನಾನೇ ಅವನನ್ನು ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಾಗ ಮಾಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕ್ರಯವ ನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನನ್ನ ಸೆರೆಯವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುವನು ಎಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
