ইস্রায়েল তার ভাযেদের সঙ্গে বড় হয়েছে| কিন্তু পূর্ব দিক থেকে একটি শক্তিশালী ঝড় আসবে আর মরুভূমির দিক থেকে প্রভুর ঝড় বইবে| তখন ইস্রায়েলের কুযো শুকিয়ে যাবে| তার জলের ঝর্ণাগুলি শুকিয়ে যাবে| ইস্রায়েলের কোষাগার থেকে যা কিছু মূল্য়বান তার সব কিছুই বাতাস উড়িযে নিয়ে যাবে|

Though he be fruitful among [his] brethren, an east wind shall come, the wind of the LORD shall come up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels.
