ರಾಹೇಲಳು--ದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೊರೆ ಕೇಳಿ ನನಗೆ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಳು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ ದಾನ್ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟಳು.
